Synopsys:  After a young man unexpectedly passes away, his final wish sends his two brothers on a journey to reconnect, search for happiness, escape their painful youth, and unexpectedly, find love, in the last place they remember having it.

Shot on location, "I've Got You" will showcase the breathtaking beauty of Calaveras County—from Murphys to Arnold to the landscapes of Upper Highway 4. This film will not only tell a heartfelt story but also highlight the charm and beauty of the region, involving local businesses and residents in the filmmaking process.

Meet our team 

Director & Producer - Joshua B. Porter is an award-winning director and producer. A graduate of The New York Film Academy at Universal Studios, Josh’s credits include:

• Best Cinematography, 2025 Golden State Film Festival, “No Evidence of Man”
• Best Screenplay, 2024 Madrid Film Festival, “No Evidence of Man”
• Best Film, Sacramento Film & Music Festival, “Yeller”

A Bay Area native, with deep roots reaching from the Sierra Foothills to San Francisco, additional film credits include “August Falls” starring Fairuza Balk ("Almost Famous," "The Craft"), Charles Baker ("Breaking Bad," "The Neon Demon"), and Alanna Ubach ( "Coco," "Euphoria," "Ted"), “Garden of the Disappeared”, “Hatched”, “CASA: A Voice of Hope.”

Writer & Producer - Kevin Yarris, is a graduate of UC Davis and co-writer of the feature film "Blowback," which was released in over 32 countries and streaming on multiple platforms. Kevin completed work on his second script and has several original works currently in development.

Producer - Karyn Yarris is an Executive Producer of the feature film “Blowback”, which was release in over 32 countries and streaming on multiple platforms. Trained at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in Washington D.C., Karyn began her career performing onstage and in film and TV with some of the industry’s leading actors and directors. Casting Director - Farrah West An industry veteran of over 17 years with credits including films such as Nicolas Cage’s “The Old Way”, Val Kilmer’s “The Birthday Cake”, TV shows such as “Lost”, “Once Upon a Crime”, “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland”, and “Corporate”, Farrah is a proud CSA member from the great State of Ohio. She always knew casting was her dream job because of her love of discovering new talent as well as honoring the ones who came before.

Sales Agent - Marc Clebanoff A seasoned professional in the industry, Clebanoff is the managing partner of Odyssey Motion Pictures, alongside long-time producing partner Louis Mandylor. As a sales agent, Odyssey Motion Pictures sells direct to buyers in 100+ countries and past clients include Lionsgate, Netflix, Starz, Lifetime, Showtime, Sony, Fox, Peacock and Samuel Goldwyn Films. A graduate of the USC School of Cinema-Television, he is also an award-winning filmmaker, consultant, and producer. and global sales agent.
