A 75-minute private 1:1 journey. You may choose between Yoga, Breathwork, or Sound Healing (or a blend of all three). 

Available online (except for sound healing) or in person within reasonable distance of Tavira or Aljezur, Portugal (please check if unsure).

This is a 2-hour 1:1 container for those in the midst of a transition. We begin with intuitive coaching and yoga off the mat tools to look closely at what is calling for your attention - followed by a grounding practice (Yoga, Breathwork or Sound Healing) to quiet the nervous system. This session is designed to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling 'held' by your own inner wisdom.

2 hour session.

Gather your circle for a 2.5-hour sanctuary of transformation. Whether in your living room or a chosen studio, this workshop weaves yoga, breath or live sound healing - or a combination of all three - into a meaningful journey. Hosted in your home, venue or retreat.

Invite the music and the medicine of AZULITA into your home. This is an intimate, acoustic performance curated for you and your loved ones - a night of storytelling, music and deep connection. I will share the origins of the songs and the journey of their creation in a space where we can truly hear one another. A beautiful way to mark a special occasion or simply to gather your community for a soul-led evening. Perfect for gatherings up to about 30 people. Can be combined with the group workshop experience.

Designed as a deeply personal 1:1 or 2-person journey, the Azulita Immersion is a curated 2-day experience in the heart of the Eastern Algarve (or at a location of your choice within Southern Portugal/Spain).

Over two days, we will work together to soften the edges, quiet the mind, and return to that "inner blue" through a bespoke blend of movement, breath and sound.

What is Included:

• Bespoke Facilitation: 8 hours of private guidance across two days (4 hours per day) for up to 2 people including Yoga, Breathwork, coaching, and immersive Sound Healing sessions.

• Heart-Opening Ritual: A private Cacao Ceremony focused on the themes of surrender and inner-child reclamation.

• The Azulita Gift Box: A physical collection of the Ways of the Dreamer book & CD and the signed AZULITA art print.

• The Integration: A follow-up 60-minute integration call two weeks after our time together.
