Dates: **2nd of February - 30th of March**
This course is part of a greater mission to create a more sustainable society. At Colours of Being (non-profit) we approach this through providing space for you to empower yourself to unfold your creative potential (because if we all used our energy where it flows, we wouldn’t burn out anymore), and live from abundance instead of scarcity.
At Colours of Being, when we talk about creativity we mean expressions that are at the core of our authentic being. Creativity is part of our human nature. Everyone is creative, in their own unique ways, and unfolding those colours brings more alignment and peace into your life.
Through a flexible, creative, and grounded personal growth process, this course supports you in living from abundance instead of scarcity, reconnecting with what lights you up, and creating clarity around your next chapter. Across 8 weeks of live group sessions, personal coaching, and community support, you’ll explore vision, values, skills, uncertainty, shame, and fear, and be invited to lead, and sustain what you envision in real life.
Over the last year these materials have been tested, refined, learned from, refined some more, and now we are here! This is going to be the third time the Colours of Being Course is running, and it’s never been a clearer, more precise, spacious, and supportive environment.
This Course Is For You If:

You like parts of your life, and you’re looking to make space for creativity, autonomy, or something that feels truly yours.

-
You’re ready for a flexible, creative, and grounded personal growth process, something that doesn’t just talk about vision, but actually helps you bring it to life.

Special About this Iteration
CROWDFUNDING : 340€ | 150€ (Early Bird)
Why Crowdfunding?
Because we are non-profit and only ask for what we need.
This course was developed through more than 960 hours of research, education, course creation, and material creation by the course facilitator. So we’re crowdfunding to ask for just what we need to cover our costs in making and holding this course.
Crowdfunding is a financing model that allows a creator to openly communicate their investment in a project and clearly ask for what is needed to compensate for materials, time, and effort.
For this iteration of the Colours of Being Course (and likely future ones), we are choosing crowdfunding as a way to be transparent about what goes into running a course like this, and to show that we are only asking for what is needed — not more.
This approach invites shared responsibility, builds trust, and supports a model of value exchange rooted in honesty, sustainability, and empowerment rather than profit maximization.
About Your Facilitator

Hi, I’m Swan, a certified solution-focused coach, self-discovered creative, and experiential writer. I developed this course alongside my own squiggly-lined journey of stepping into my creative expression. It was messy, and so freeing, at the same time!
My work explores the human experience with depth and clarity (I’m a huge nerd about anything human). I could talk and explore about the dynamics and intricacies of human behaviour and expression for hours, and I love connecting these experiences to the world around us. I find a lot of peace in nature, by communing with trees and rocks, and watching the clouds pass by.
Swan's Creative Journey
My debut book Life of a Rainbow, which invites readers to embrace authenticity and the full spectrum of their experiential world, was my first dabble of stepping into a world beyond what I had known before (academia, linear career paths), allowing myself to express creatively. For some reason it came out as poetry, I still don’t understand why (and don’t feel the need to) as I had never really written any poetry before. Somehow it tapped into a space of my brain that allowed me to be both analytical and completely irrational at the same time, while still creating something that goes beyond either of the two. A new world opened up. And it was full of colour.
At first it was overwhelming. All of the sudden I had a lot more energy (instead of being on the verge of burnout for years), I had ideas, saw possibilities where I saw dead ends before, and for the first time I experienced freedom. I was able to move through my life with agency, recognising the choices that are available to me. I felt empowered. It was chaos. I was learning, experimenting, and creating. Catching up on what I had denied myself of before also brought up the usual feelings of transformation: grief, regret, and fear.
It just showed me that I was onto something, that it was worth investigating this further. I was curious.
A year later we are here (much calmer and centred): I’m doing something, about which I can say with my whole heart that I love it. Colours of Being grew into a non-profit organisation. We are building a thriving community. And we contribute to alternative ways of living, relating, and build systems that support rather than subtract.
It’s so much more aligned. And through that it became so much more sustainable too.
What She Does
With a background in psychology, global health, and coaching, I create spaces for others to connect with their creative expression and empower themselves through personal discovery and development from a social as well as systems perspective.
As a coach, mentor, and trainer I am here to witness (and celebrate) the resourceful human being that you already are. I am creating a space for you to come back home, while taking a beginner stands and letting you be the expert of your own life (because you are). In our conversations, be it in a group setting or 1:1, we engage in a thought partnership that helps you see yourself more clearly. I’ve had people feedback that they experience my coaching style as “gentle”, “radical”, and “invisible”.
Currently, I work as Creator of Clarity at Colours of Being.

About the Course Content
I’m not very artistic/creative. Is this course still for me?
Absolutely! The “colours” we explore are metaphorical, representing different aspects of your being. While we may use some creative exercises, no artistic skill or experience is required. This course is about self-discovery, not artistic production. Besides, we believe everyone is creative.
How is this different from other personal discovery programs?
The Colours Of Being Course is unique in its integration of multiple disciplines: psychological understanding, philosophical inquiry, and learnings from physics that can teach us about reality. Rather than focusing solely on mindset or behaviour, we create a holistic container for discovery that honours your full complexity as a human being. All practices are oriented to serve your empowerment and resilience as the messy, magnificent human being you are.
Is this course spiritual in nature?
The course honours the spiritual dimension of human experience without adhering to any specific traditions. Participants from diverse spiritual backgrounds, as well as those who don’t identify as spiritual, can find the content accessible and valuable. We create a space where each person can engage with the material through their own meaning-making lens.
Do I need any previous personal development experience?
No prior experience is necessary. The course is designed to meet you exactly where you are. If you’re new to personal development, you’ll find a supportive entry point. If you’ve done extensive work already, the unique approach will offer fresh perspectives and deeper integration. Either way, anywhere you are, we are on this journey together and discover what works on the way.

Addressing Concerns
I’m going through a difficult time right now. Is this the right time to take the course?
This is a thoughtful question that deserves a personal conversation. While many find this work supportive during transitions or challenging periods, there are times when a different kind of support might be beneficial first or alongside this work. Schedule a brief call with us to discuss your specific situation and determine together whether this is the right timing for you.
I’m worried about sharing in a group setting. How much disclosure is expected?
You always retain complete sovereignty over what and how much you share. While connection with others can deepen the experience, all sharing is invitation-based, never required. Many exercises offer options for private reflection or paired conversations, and the whole course is a container of strict confidentiality and non-judgment (we perform a pledge in the beginning).
What if I start the course and feel it’s not right for me?
We encourage open communication throughout the journey. If you’re feeling uncertain about the fit, we welcome a conversation to see how we might adjust the approach to better serve you. If after this, you still feel it’s not the right match, refer to our refund policy for options.
