TPK Brewing Co. has power! PGE pulled up our power upgrade date
unexpectedly to this Monday and then got it done in two days instead
of the originally planned week, so with our biggest pre-opening
uncertainty out of the way we're thrilled to announce we will
officially be open for business as of October 28th! We should be fully
permitted in our new home earlier in the month to begin brewing
though, so sessions of The Leyfarer's Chronicle have been
scheduled starting October 11th and then we'll be available to book
for private games as of October 22nd. Those of you who chose either of
those rewards should already have been notified with how to get your
games scheduled, and invites to the book release party should have
gone out to everyone who chose a reward that included an invite, but
if you have any questions or if you think we missed you please let us
know here or at info@tpkbrewing.com. With all of this in mind, we've
closed our Crowdfundr and will be launching our new website (which
includes an actual booking process) next week.
We do expect to be open reduced hours between October 11th and
the 28th while brewing, putting final touches on the space, working
out our ordering flow, and fine tuning our menu. Keep an eye on our
social media if you're interested in dropping by early as that's where
we'll announce those hours to avoid spamming this whole group. We'll
be sure to have any Crowdfundr pick up merch ready for you by the
11th, except physical copies of the book, which we unfortunately don't
expect to have ready until late October or early November. Everything
is done for The Blooms That Feed on Fire and we're just
waiting for final layout, but we ended up coming in at nearly double
our expected page count and the book won't be print ready until the
end of September as a result. For those of you who chose a reward that
comes with a ticket to our book release party and were hoping to play
through the adventures ahead of time, we expect you'll have two weeks
between receiving the PDF version and the book release party, although
we'll certainly get it to you sooner if at all possible. We'll also
see about expediting the physical book production once the files are
ready, but we're committed to getting these printed locally and don't
expect a 2-3 week turnaround to be possible at the new page count.
We're sorry about the book delay and are pretty bummed about it.
If you had been planning to pick up your hardcopy and would prefer we
ship the book to you at no cost, along with your Ashbringer mini,
please let us know and we'd be happy to do so. On a positive note, the
extra page count and additional time in production helped us deliver
something we're extremely proud of and we hope you'll find it worth
the wait.
We can't wait to see you all in person, thank you again for
