Act 1 came out last April, and, as of September 15th, we've had 2,383+ downloads and an average 4.9 stars out of 5 rating on itch.io! Holy hell!!

SLASHER U is a beloved 18+ horror movie dating sim RPG, set at America's Horniest Horror Movie University! Act 1 came out in alpha as of April 2023, and Acts 2 and 3 to follow in the next year and a half! Its big claim to fame(s) are:

• A) having stellar art/writing & ludonarratively congruent and mechanically fun makeout & sex minigames unique to each character,
• B) An NPC feelings-based narrative system that triggers events based on character feelings and player actions, not just threaded events,
• C) Breaking containment from its own fanbase by making people SUPER FUCKIN' HORNY for fan fave characters like Headless Horsemike and Tate McGillicutty!

 You can check out some of Slasher U's colorful (mostly red) history and lots and lots of its fan content from its ABSOLUTELY FUCKING INCREDIBLE players (fondly nicknamed the murderfuckers) in the twice-a-month LORE ROUNDUPS I do on the itch.io page!

Each character is MECHANICALLY playersexual (so you can date everyone!), but includes their own canon narrative preferences across the Kinsey scale - Tate's (spoilers) never done anything with another guy before, Juno's a pansexual competitive bodycounter, et al! The romances and minigames all have VARIATIONS AND UNIQUENESS IN THE DIALOGUE AND WRITING based on the Player's gender and the romanceable character's past and preferences (i.e., romances play out different if you're ostensibly wlw, ostensibly het, etc.)

Major Features

• RPG style gameplay  with items, unlocks, quest chains, story choices & story puzzles, etc, all revolving around the main romances
• Dynamic Feelings Systems for each character that keeps track of the intensity and quality of everyone's feelings for you, based on their "memories" (as well as dynamic events systems that trigger the story in an organic way for a different playthrough every time!)
• Makeout minigames unique to each character!
• Full blown sex minigames unique to each character!

WHAT'S GOOD, MURDERFUCKERS! I'm Andi, and I'm an NYT Top 10 Bestselling cartoonist who makes horror comedy comics! • $100 for a charger cable so I can factory wipe an old Mac for a Mac port (this is not a joke, I'm $100 away from an actual Slasher U Mac port)
• +20% Vermont tax (this is where I live!)
• +5% Crowdfundr fees

SLASHER U puts out a new build every ONE TO TWO WEEKS - meaning you get to play each new version as it comes out, and play/test along with me as Slasher U gets made!
