I am a British/Dutch concert pianist. I began playing piano at the age of 3 to 4 years old and went on to study at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. There I specialised as a Lieder accompanist for classical singers and in my career I have worked with many of the world’s greatest singers.

In the last five years I have returned to performing piano-solo and have produced several recordings of British Piano music. The first recording, alongside several smaller pieces, included the challenging Piano Sonata from Frank Bridge. The press wrote ‘Exquisite! One simply doesn’t hear this kind of playing anymore’.

The season 2025-2026 marks, for me, the fantastic moment where I will have been playing piano for 70 years, of which 50 as a professional. To celebrate this moment, I planning to record two new albums. Alongside these, for the season 2025/2026, new Talks, Workshops and Concerts will be planned in Europe and the USA.

The world of music is facing huge economic cutbacks and recording is prohibitively expensive, sound engineers, halls, piano and production costs rapidly add up to very high costs, hence the need for your support. Album 1: ‘1899’ The Enigma Variations from Edward Elgar and various pieces from  the lesser known British composer William Baines.

Album 2: Chopin Sonata 3 Op 58 and Brahms Op 117
