Ascended Productions is an independent production company dedicated to making bold, character-driven films with big-screen ambition.

Our focus is on creating memorable genre stories that combine strong characters, practical filmmaking, and a distinct visual identity. We believe independent filmmaking is at its best when every dollar is visible on screen—and when filmmakers aren't afraid to take creative swings.

Our project, The Hanging Man, is a Southern Gothic horror feature set on a secluded Missouri cattle farm. The film explores grief, isolation, toxic attachment, and the difficulty of letting go, all through the lens of a supernatural horror story.

Through this campaign, we're raising the final funds needed to bring The Hanging Man to life and make the strongest version of the film possible.
