Sally's screen worn costume (top with name tag, skirt, apron) and custom molded face prosthetic worn by Beth Metcalf in the movie. This dress is a mess! She's been knocking off survivors left and right and sideways! And you can own this part of the Corn Zombie legend. Face prosthetic is made of silicone and can be adhered with an adhesive like Pros-Aide. Prosthetic has makeup applied from Sally's last hurrah.
