post-apocalyptic fantasy wasteland. Drawn in his signature low-brow
and cartoony style,
Jon Moretta
gives us a peek through the window into the life of
the wasteland's most prolific killer, the simple, childlike creature
that calls itself
Lumpy Slump.
Lumpy Slump #1 will be printed for a July release as a 36 page, black & white, stapled, magazine-sized comic book with uncoated interior paper and a glossy cover, reminiscent of the black and white mature comic mags of the 80s like Savage Sword of Conan, Creepy and Taboo.
When asked about his inspirations for Lumpy Slump , Jon responded that he didn't know where Lumpy came from and that the stories pour out of him like Lumpy is standing over his shoulder, forcing him to draw his story under pain of death. Pretty Cool!

Jon Moretta is a professional tattoo artist with almost a decade of
work under his belt.
2018's
True Sicko #1
was Jon’s first plunge into comics, and he took to it
like a fish out of water, going on to write and draw the
Die Maggot Die #1
one-shot, as well as contribute to a number of comic
anthologies. Jon lives in Calgary with his wife, 3 cats, and 3,000
VHS Tapes.

Lumpy
