Synopsis

Zara and Una are forced to re-evaluate their friendship after a traumatic attempted assault causes one to abandon the other.

On their way home one night, Zara and Una cross paths with a dangerous stranger. One freezes, the other runs.

As Zara is taken by the man on a terrifying walk through the night, she wonders whether she is strong enough to fight the man and escape, and if she does, how she will face the friend who abandoned her.

Donations

Our original Fundraiser was extremely successful, being that we raised over $5000!

However the closer we get to shoot the more important it is we have direct access to those funds. That's why we have decided to close our original site and open another one for post-production funds.

We used those generous donations to cater our cast/crew on set and pay for location, transport and production design fees.

Now that we're moving ahead in the process we're hoping to raise more funds to cover the costs of: 

- Paying our Cast

- Hiring a Stunt Coordinator

- Hiring a Counsellor to be on-set

- Film Festival Entry Fees

My intention when I was first writing the script for this film was to ask questions I didn't have the answers to. Questions like: What is true friendship? What does a person's fear tell us about them? What choices can't be forgiven? I still haven't answered the questions I started off with, but I'm really looking forward to creating a short film that people can watch and then think about long after the credits roll. I'm hoping that anyone who watches this movie will question the moral implications of the story, and wonder what they would do in a similar situation.
