After a year of refreshing and revitalizing, and now in our twelfth season, That Choir is one of Toronto’s most exciting a cappella ensembles, combining high-calibre performance with storytelling through choral music. Formed in 2008 by Artistic Director Craig Pike, That Choir draws together twenty auditioned singers with diverse backgrounds in work and study.
Public funding is the life breath of the arts. We are very proud of where we have come, and are especially thankful to all those who have donated since our inception, including support from the Toronto Arts Council, the Ontario Arts Council, and people like YOU! It is our goal to continue sharing our passion for choral music with the arts community and to inspire audiences both young and young at heart.

That Choir performs exciting choral works from all over the world, and focuses on new contemporary choral work. With three full concerts in our twelfth season, we aspire to present choral music in new and different ways.
- We continue to support the work of artists in the city, and will be engaging four local string players for a repeat performance of Ola Gjeilo's "Dark Night of the Soul".

Honouring our commitment to help inspire new generations of choral singers, we are continuing to develop our youth outreach program and will be performing with the Bach Youth Chamber Choir.

We will also be presenting a series of cabarets throughout the year, supporting the work of young emerging artists in the city of Toronto.
