Men in tabletop don't often get to share their sensual, sexy sides. Fortunately, Steve and Micah are here to address that! Join us as we showcase handsome fantasy men of many types and sizes, all ready to be included in your TTRPGs!

We're kicking off this project with Regulus Numerius, a handsome sorcerer with a penchant for nudism and an eye for visual beauty. Regulus serves as a "pilot episode" to show you what you'll get with future men!

What's in this folio?

The Fantasy Men: Regulus folio contains the following items:

• Role-playing information, including background info and personality notes.
• Adventure hooks based on the character so you can include him in your games.
• Stats in Pathfinder 2e* across several levels so the character can be added at any level.
• Two full-page art pieces of the featured man.
• A VTT-ready token for use on roll20, Foundry, etc.
• A visual character design and reference sheet.

Why Pathfinder 2e? Because it's Micah's favorite system and offers a wealth of modular character design options. A lot of folks are discovering PF2e's flexibility for the first time and we hope these character folios inspire you!

We also hope the background information and plot hooks give you enough information to adapt the character for other TTRPGs, whether your table plays Fifth Edition or another of the myriad games out there.

The Sparrow, Book 1

Get a copy of Micah's original graphic novel, the Sparrow! Follow the story of Scott, a demigod son of Apollo, as he learns to navigate the supernatural side of modern society. As Scott awakens his superpowers, he is thrust into this modern, mythological world. Thankfully, he has his boyfriend Markos and the rest of Team Sparrow to help him on the way. It's like Percy Jackson meets the X-Men, but more gay!

Why crowdfunding?

Our goal is to expand options for queer men that want to see more of themselves in TTRPG. Though we're starting with a human, we want to expand to cover a wide range of shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and eventually, other systems as well.  We want to make them look and feel sexy and provide options for all tastes. By supporting this project, you're helping us do exactly that.

Regulus is our pilot, our proof of concept. Supporters will get the first look at our next options and your feedback will help shape future folios and determine what type of men we produce. With your help, we'll be able to refine this process and make some seriously sexy men for everyone's campaigns.

About the Creators

Steve Kenson (he/him) has been writing professionally for tabletop roleplaying games since 1993. For the past twenty years he has worked for Green Ronin Publishing, both as a developer for games like Mutants & Masterminds, Blue Rose, True20, Icons Superpowered Roleplaying and others and, for the past 11 years, as staff designer, including on products like DC Adventures, Emerald City, Freedom City, Song of Ice & Fire Roleplaying, The Expanse, and many others. Steve has over 200 game product credits to his name as an author, designer, and developer over the past thirty years. He helped launch the “Queer as a Three-Sided Die” seminar series at Gen Con. Steve lives in southern New Hampshire with his partners, Adam and Christopher, and maintains a personal website at stevekenson.com where you can find out more about him and his work.

Micah Weltsch (he/him) is a queer cartoonist and illustrator. He's published several crowdfunded projects, most of them featuring artistic and erotic male forms. From the Hunks & Myth Calendars to the Strapping Lads and more, He's created quite a collection of male fanservice art. He is also the colorist for Alex Priest by Arledge Comics and the co-creator of Soldier/Sailor, a gay superhero romance comic made with Andrew Wheeler.
