It's finally happening! We're getting a sequel to Legend of the Ghost Train, and you can help make it happen!
The first short film, Legend of the Ghost Train, was released onto YouTube in July of 2018, and as of writing has garnered over 363K views as of writing. That is an accomplishment I never expected to happen with that project, but I'm glad it got to where it is today. And with all the positive comments left by amazing fans, there were many that asked for a sequel. And after some time away from being creative, I'm finally making this short film happen for you guys!
Fall of the Ghost Train is aiming for a 2025 release date, sometime around the summer or fall, filming is set to begin in January, and we've got talented actors with experience taking part in the production. I was originally planning to pay for the film out of pocket, but life happens and a few setbacks occurred. However, I still intend on seeing this project through, and I want my actors and any additional crew paid for their time. Plus, we've got to eat, right?
I'm setting the budget to a total of $3,000 to make sure that everyone is paid for their time and fed for lunch, as well as having extra on standby in case of any unexpected expenses that need to be covered.
Anyone who helps crowdfund will be rewarded of course, including recieving posters for the film as well as having their name in the credits! Maybe even an invite to the premiere, where you will get to see the short film a day earlier than everyone else!

60 years have passed since Jebediah, an old steam engine, sacrificed himself to fight off a vengeful ghost and protect his home. There have been no major threats since that time, until now.
The local road transportation company is run by a notorious mobster, and he has his sights set on the Great American Railroad for a buyout. Can Jebediah protect the engines from his nasty trucks, or does the mob have some supernatural tricks up their sleeve?
Better Effects!
The first film has an amazing story, but admittedly it was made with super basic video software, thus green screen effects were not up to par. I am aiming to make Fall of the Ghost Train a better looking production, with actual set buildings rather than green screen backgrounds. If there are green screen effects, they will be kept to a minimum (such as sky). We're also featuring characters that are not trains. In fact, some of them are humans who will be filmed in live action! But don't worry, we've still got our lovable trains too!
