I wish I could tell you how this story ends.

I wish I were writing from the other side - with the rent paid, the debt resolved, the book published, and The Yellow Vase sitting on a bestseller list.

But I’m not.

The plot is not over.

This book is happening in real time.

I did not spend fifteen years trying to write a book.

I spent fifteen years trying to fix my life.

The book is what was left over.

What is The Yellow Vase?

The Yellow Vase is a true story, a philosophical investigation, and an embodied map of transformation.

It follows what happened when I spent fifteen years trying to understand how reality actually works - how people change, why change so often fails to last, what the body has to do with the future we are trying to create, and why being loving, spiritual, talented, hardworking, or “high vibe” does not guarantee that life will reward or protect us.

This is not a traditional success story written after everything worked out.

It is not a book promising that positive thoughts will make painful circumstances disappear.

And it is not simply a memoir, even though my life is the road through which the ideas are discovered.

It is about the private conclusion so many good, intelligent, gifted people eventually reach when their lives do not reflect the effort they have made:

Maybe I am not good enough.

Maybe I am not talented, healed, or spiritual enough.

If I were truly valuable, my life would prove it.

The Yellow Vase dismantles that ruler instead of further shaming the person being measured by it.

It asks a different question:

Who do we choose to become before life gives us proof that the choice will be rewarded?

The life I thought I was building

My story did not begin with a desire to become an author or teacher.

It began with a desire to build a safe, meaningful life for my daughter, Quayde, and to understand why that life kept slipping through my hands.

I once had a successful corporate career. I was capable, ambitious, and convinced that if I worked hard, created value, treated people well, and made responsible choices, life would eventually meet me there.

While rocking my baby to sleep, I conceived an invention and pursued a patent.

Then I was laid off.

The invention was taken by a business partner, and I did not have the financial ability to fight for it.

The future I believed I had built disappeared.

I experienced profound loss, financial instability, and the slow dismantling of the life I expected to live.

I eventually sold my home, left Colorado, and began again in Florida.

I made Quayde a promise: I would find a way to create a life in which I could be present for her - not merely survive beside her.

I did not know how.

So, I began asking larger questions.

How does reality work?

Why do some people change while others repeat the same patterns?

What is consciousness?

What is the relationship between the body, emotion, attention, water, frequency, belief, and the lives we create?

Those questions led to an awakening in 2015, the creation of the Anahata Codes, eight books, dozens of courses and certifications, thousands of students, an international community, and the Alchemical Academy.

From the outside, it looked like I had made it.

The books.

Programs.

Students.

A body of work.

A global audience.

People assumed I was thriving.

For a while, I assumed the same.

But the financial foundation beneath it was far more fragile than anyone knew.

When the old story stopped obeying

As the economy changed, many of the people I served could no longer afford premium programs.

Artificial intelligence and rapid shifts in the coaching and education industries accelerated the collapse of the business model I had relied upon.

I could have protected the old structure by making the work even more expensive and exclusive.

Instead, I closed the Academy and opened an accessible community on SKOOL for $22 per month.

I wanted the work to survive. For people to be able to enter it.

I wanted the mission to remain intact even if the business model did not.

I applied for jobs.

I pursued contract work.

I tried to translate a highly unconventional fifteen-year body of work into résumés and applications that traditional employers could understand.

I was offered a contract position that appeared as though it might become stable income, but it produced only one project.

I borrowed money from people I love.

I reduced expenses.

I kept teaching.

I kept creating.

I kept showing up at sunrise doing my free Timeline Jumping & Fascia Flow Gridwork.

But I’ve reached the end of what I can privately hold together.

For years, I thought I had been studying reality.

In hindsight, reality had been studying me.

Every question produced a life experience.

Every life experience produced a better question.

And at the point of near-collapse, the book finally became clear.

Rock bottom did not give me the truth.

It stripped away everything that was not true.

Beneath the business, the public identity, the accomplishments, the teachings, and the pressure to appear successful, something remained:

My love for my daughter. My faith. My curiosity. My creativity. My willingness to serve.

My refusal to let financial circumstances become a verdict on my worth.

I thought I had reached rock bottom.

I have reached bedrock.

At the same time, the Lucid Rhythm SKOOL community has become a living laboratory.

We gather daily sunrise Timeline Jumps.

We work with breath, water, movement, awareness, emotion, and the living liquid lattice of the fascia.

Fascia Flow Gridwork began to emerge.

The body is no longer treated as a vehicle carrying the mind toward a goal. It became an active participant in transformation.

Then, a few months ago, one of my YouTube videos unexpectedly went viral. It brought thousands of new people to the work - but visibility does not automatically create stability, and views do not pay the bills.

And the question changed again:

What if people are not failing to change?

What if they are succeeding perfectly at remaining organized around yesterday?

The idea that changed everything

Every area of our lives develops a center of gravity.

Our relationships may be organized around fear of abandonment.

Our work may be organized around proving our value.

Our finances may be organized around scarcity.

Our visibility may be organized around protection.

Our families may be organized around obligation.

Those centers generate a circumference of behaviors, reactions, relationships, choices, habits, and circumstances.

Most of us try to rearrange the circumference.

A different job.

A different partner.

A different city.

A different strategy.

A different morning routine.

But somehow, the emotional geometry keeps repeating.

The scenery changes.

The orbit does not.

The deeper conflict is rarely with love, freedom, peace, abundance, visibility, or success themselves.

The conflict is with what those experiences would reorganize.

If struggle has been the center of my identity, who am I when I no longer need to survive?

If people-pleasing has helped me belong, what happens when authenticity becomes more important than approval?

If control protected me from chaos, what happens when I begin living from trust?

This does not mean the old parts of us are bad.

Every protective pattern contains intelligence.

Survival may become resilience.

Scarcity-trained resourcefulness may become stewardship.

People-pleasing may become compassion without self-abandonment.

Control may become discernment or structure.

Struggle may become creative power.

Nothing true is left behind. Everything true comes with you.

Timeline Jumping, as it finally emerged through this story, is not about escaping into another universe.

It is the embodied practice of recognizing what has become the center of gravity in an area of life, consciously choosing another organizing principle, and allowing the body to participate in that reorganization.

Through breath.

Water.

Movement.

Fascia.

Attention.

Relationship.

And one honest choice at a time.

The Law of Attraction that we all learn about and seek to duplicate verbatim is a lie.

We do not become loving, truthful, courageous, or coherent so the universe will reward us. The truth is, it won’t do that.

We become them because they are worthy ways to live now.

That is the philosophical heart of The Yellow Vase.

But the book does not begin with the philosophy.

You have to live through the fifteen years that made the philosophy unavoidable.

Why I am crowdfunding now

I am currently completing this book while carrying significant debt and facing the possibility of losing the life Quayde and I have built in Florida.

She is sixteen and entering one of the most formative years of high school.

She is thriving here - in advanced classes, student government, clubs, competitive soccer, friendships, and a community she loves.

Moving back to Colorado and into my parents’ home would not be a tragedy for me. We are fortunate to have family who love us.

But it would mean uprooting her during her junior year because I can no longer afford to keep us here.

I have done everything I know to do before asking for this level of support.

I built.

I taught.

I adjusted the business model.

I made the work more accessible.

I applied for jobs.

I accepted contract work.

I borrowed.

I cut expenses.

I continued serving while privately trying to solve the financial reality.

I am crowdfunding because I have reached the point where finishing this book, protecting the time required to do it properly, and creating immediate stability cannot happen through private effort alone.

The campaign is not funding a future idea.

200 pages of the book already exist in substantial form. The story has been lived. The philosophy has emerged. The work now is to complete it, prepare it for release, fulfill the supporter copies, and give it the best possible chance to reach the people it was written for.

How the funds will be used

There will be no traditional publishing costs.

I have independently published my previous books through Amazon, and The Yellow Vase will be self-published there as well.

There is no publisher fee, no large required print run, and no need to purchase thousands of books in advance.

The campaign supports four connected stages.

The first priority is immediate stability:

• Protected time to complete the manuscript

The manuscript still requires the focused work needed to bring a fifteen-year story into its final form:
