Exit Wound – Student Short Film
We’re raising $500 to help bring our student short film,
Exit Wound, to life.
Logline:A fractured relationship cracks open over
an anniversary dinner, and a young man must choose between submission
and freedom.
Exit Wound is a classic but deeply personal story about a
relationship shaped by control, silence, and difficult power dynamics.
The film explores what it means to finally recognize your own voice
and what it costs to use it.
This project has been a dream of
mine to make, and every contribution, no matter the size, will
directly support production costs like props, food for cast and crew,
and the basic equipment and materials we need to create something
honest and meaningful.
Independent student films rely on
community and generosity, and any support through donations or simply

Director's Note: This film is incredibly
personal to me. Exit Wound is inspired by my own life experiences, as
well as the stories of so many others who have struggled in
relationships shaped by control, fear, and the difficult process of
finding the strength to leave or change. It’s a story about reclaiming
yourself, and that’s something I care deeply about telling with
honesty and compassion.
