The Battle Anime RPG

CLASH! Shonen Battle Roleplay is a tabletop RPG about dramatic fights and the dramatic emotions that they represent. Inspired by iconic battle manga like Bleach, Soul Eater, and Fullmetal Alchemist, CLASH! puts you in the shoes of intrepid Fighters, facing off against powerful foes for the sake of treasure, friendship, and honor.

Fights and Drama

Shonen Storytelling is all about the fight - and Shonen fights are about drama. Every fight is a conversation, each side standing for something. That means that combat isn't about initiative or positioning. Instead, Fighters and their foes make bids from hidden pools, trying to outsmart their opponent. Then, when the chips are down, they come together in a climactic moment; a CLASH! of fighter against fighter, to see who comes out on top.

Then, when you know why you fight, spend the Potential you earn in fights to master new Techniques, perfectly tailoring your fighting style.

Every Fighter has a strong, dynamic relationship with those around them. Earn the Loyalty of those who you've helped, and push past your limits trying to one-up your Rivals.

Your Pledge

When you pledge to the CLASH! campaign, your money goes in two directions: the first is paying our wonderful artitst Elise LIttel, without whom this game couldn't exist; the second is towards production on the book itself, including physical copies for those who pledge at the Anime Only tier and higher. If you pledge at any one of the Otaku tiers, you're also putting your money towards a special comic featuring the character you chose!

You Get What You Pay For - No Matter What

Our $7,500 goal is to cover the costs of production - but if we don't make that goal, we still want you to get the game you paid for. So no matter how much funding we receive by the end of the campaign, you can still expect your copy of CLASH!
