Hi folks, just wanted to let you know that we have reached our crowdfunding goal! It has been an incredible, arduous, invigorating journey so far, with friends, family, and mentors from all over the country showing support for the film. I have already secured a composer to score the film and am in contact with a sound mixer and drone operator in Montana. I have also identified someone I would like to hire as an editing consultant, after receiving some very helpful feedback at a screening for the Rochester Documentary Filmmakers group. I have created a first rough cut and am working through some sound issues to be able to start sharing the draft with some advisers for feedback.

Hello folks, we're over 90% of the way to our fundraiser goal! As a result, I've been able to start reaching out to a drone operator, sound mixer, and color correction specialist. I am almost done cutting a first rough cut and will start hiring editing consultants once it's done. It's incredible to see everything coming together!
