Mia is a bright and energetic girl who grows into a radiant young woman. She craves her mother’s approval but nonetheless is excited to see what life brings her. Her mom is the polar opposite; she is muted, traditional, and serious. The mom is devoted, encouraging and overprotective of her daughter.

As Mia grows older, the two consistently butt heads as they try to find common ground. Their experiences in shopping for dresses mold their lives as they learn to grow alongside each other.

No mother and daughter relationship is the same, and there are many highs and lows throughout their lives. However, when they are finally separated by death, will there be understanding of the other's perspective?

To bring our amazing script to the screen, we need your help! Our goal of $1800 will be put toward our wonderful actresses, creative costuming, and perfect locations. Some proceeds will also be put toward our applications to film festivals! We are so incredibly excited to shoot Memories of Color NEXT MONTH!
