GRACE IN DISGUISE PART II: THE COST OF LETTING GO

What does it cost to let go of the person who broke your heart? And what happens when healing finally makes room for the love you deserve?

Grace in Disguise Part II: The Cost of Letting Go is a faith-based short film about healing, forgiveness, and learning to trust healthy love after heartbreak. This story follows Nia as she chooses peace over her past and discovers that sometimes letting go is the very thing that leads us to healing and second chances.

This film is deeply personal to me because it is inspired by real emotions, real experiences, and the difficult journey of learning that love should never cost you your peace. I believe many people—especially women who have experienced heartbreak, betrayal, or disappointment—will see themselves in Nia's story and find hope in her journey.

Our goal is to begin production in December 2026 and complete the film for festival submissions and community screenings. The funds raised will go directly toward production expenses, including locations, equipment rentals, meals for cast and crew, wardrobe, production design, and post-production costs such as editing, sound, and color.
