Like the first two issues, Lumpy Slump is offset printed on web presses on newsprint by an independent Canadian printing company. We are proud to continue the tradition of black & white newsprint comics and are proud to support a Canadian printing company.

Lumpy
Slump #2 is a 36-page, AD-FREE, black & white, stapled,
magazine-sized comic book with newsprint paper and a glossy cover,
reminiscent of the comic mags of the 80s like Savage Sword of
Conan, Creepy, and MAD.
When asked about his inspirations for Lumpy Slump , Jon responded that he didn't know where Lumpy came from and that the stories pour out of him like Lumpy is standing over his shoulder, forcing him to draw his story under pain of death. Jon said sometimes Lumpy doesn't let him sleep! Pretty Cool!

About Jon Moretta
Jon began his tattoo practice almost a decade ago, shortly after graduating from ACAD (now AUA) with a BFA. 2018's True Sicko #1 was Jon’s first plunge into comics, and he took to it like a fish out of water, going on to write and draw the Die Maggot Die #1 one-shot, as well as contribute to a number of comic anthologies. Jon lives in Calgary with his wife, 3 cats, and 3,000 VHS Tapes.
