The Dream Behind the Audio

When I published my debut novel, The Forgotten, seeing it in the hands of readers was a milestone I'll never forget. But as an author, there is a second, equally thrilling dream:  hearing the voices of the characters you've lived with in your head finally brought to life. I am embarking on this project because The Forgotten was always meant to be a duet experience. My goal as a creator is to produce a high-quality, duet-narration audiobook that does justice to the story and the world I've built, without compromising on the talent to get it right.

The Project & The Rewards
This campaign is dedicated entirely to funding the duet-narration audiobook production for The Forgotten. Because this story relies so heavily on the dynamic between its leads, having two distinct voice actors is essential to capturing the emotion perfectly.

To thank you for backing this project and making this dream a reality, I've put together a few special rewards:

• Audiobook First Dibs: Be the absolute first to listen to the completed audiobook before it goes live anywhere else.
• Digital & Physical Copies: Get the digital eBook file of The Forgotten for your e-reader, or upgrade to receive an exclusive signed physical copy sent directly from me to you.
• A Personal Thank You: I want to personally thank the people who make this possible. Supporters will receive a customized video message from me expressing my gratitude for bringing this project to life!
• Exclusive Digital Artwork: Digital artwork created by yours truly, inspired by the characters, elements, and scenes from the book.

Where the Funds Go: Fair Pay for Voice Talent: Producing an audiobook independently is incredibly expensive. I am turning to crowdfunding because I believe strongly in paying voice actors the Per-Finished-Hour (PFH) rates they deserve for their highly specialized work. Every single dollar raised in this campaign will go directly toward the narrators' production fees. This isn't about padding a publishing budget; it is strictly about fairly compensating the artists bringing these characters to life.

You Are the Reason This Exists
Indie publishing relies entirely on community. Whether we've connected through social media, reader groups, or you've just discovered my work, you are the true superheroes of this campaign. You aren't just pre-ordering an audiobook; you are stepping into the role of co-creator. Without your support, hiring duet narrators of this caliber simply wouldn't be possible. By backing this project, you are directly employing working artists and making the audio edition of The Forgotten a reality.

Let's bring these voices to life, together!
