Based on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia, CY i.b.a brings together four unique personas with experienced and diverse backgrounds, giving way to a refreshingly new expression of atmospheric progressive rock.

Pat Savage, Steve Doyle, Jethro Herman and AJ Rose bring together an exciting style of musical tastes, solid grooves, and lyrical content.

Our like minded approaches and common views about the changing world landscape have resulted in the formation of our band, CY i.b.a, and our debut EP - "ON/OFF/OTHER" - scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2021.

We have a unique opportunity to work with one of Australia's top music production engineers to mix and master our EP.  We approached this professional with samples of our music, and he has taken a keen interest in our music project - this in itself speaks volumes.

Now that he has agreed to work with us, we are trying to raise funds to pay for this expertise, as it comes with a price tag.  All funds raised will contribute to the costs for the final editing, production, and mastering of our EP, and allow us to create a final product with which we will make our grand entrance into the Australian (and global) music scene. 

This is a golden and unique opportunity for our band, and we need help from friends, family, future fans, and anyone else who believes and supports our cause and capability as an emerging band.
