Help Our Beloved Cat, Oxum 💕 (Oshoom), Get the Care She Needs 🐈

Dear beautiful friends, family, and kindhearted animal lovers,

I'm reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your love, prayers, and support for our precious cat, Oxum (pronounced Oshoom), who is a deeply cherished member of our little family. 💕

Oxum has become seriously ill, and we are desperately hoping to get her the veterinary care she needs to recover.

On October 14th, Oxum became suddenly and seriously ill, and we rushed her to the veterinarian. During her examination, the vet discovered a very serious heart murmur, leaving us deeply concerned for her health and well-being.

We managed to get her into the veterinarian that afternoon, where she received medication for nausea and pain. During her examination, the veterinarian also discovered a very serious heart murmur, raising additional concerns about her health.

The veterinarian has recommended further diagnostic testing, including blood work and X-rays, to help determine what is happening and what treatment she may need.

Unfortunately, the estimate for these tests and related veterinary care is between $893.68 and $988.18 , which is simply beyond what we can afford right now.

💗 Why We Are Asking for Help

As a single mother living with my amazing son, Shiva, on a very limited income, covering unexpected veterinary expenses is especially challenging.

We managed to pay for Oxum's initial veterinary visit, but the additional diagnostic testing and treatment she needs are simply beyond our financial means right now.

Asking for help isn't always easy, but Oxum is such a cherished member of our family, and we want to do everything we can to give her the care she deserves. 💗

Every donation, no matter how small, will go toward Oxum's veterinary care, including:

• Essential blood work and diagnostic testing

• X-rays to investigate her condition

• Veterinary monitoring and any necessary sedation

• Medications and follow-up care recommended by her veterinarian

Our immediate priority is to raise enough to cover the recommended diagnostic tests so that we can better understand Oxum's condition and make informed decisions about her treatment.
