Mental health has touched my life in deep and personal ways—whether through my own journey or through the struggles of loved ones. I’ve seen firsthand how isolating it can feel, how hard it can be to ask for help, and how critical it is to have support, resources, and hope.
I started this project to be part of the solution—to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and help make mental health care more accessible to those who need it most. Through this fundraiser, I hope to support programs that provide therapy, crisis intervention, and community outreach.
