I became a small business owner to take control of my life to a certain extent, to spend more time with my family and to follow my dreams, and to have and enjoy a better quality of life. I also became a small business owner to create jobs for people while giving them an opportunity that I feel that wouldnt have come about if I remained in a 9 to 5 type of job structurer/ setting. The origin of the bussiness came about from my position as a manager at Subway. I just pretty much got tired of doing something for others that I could do for myself. One day while working, the owner came in, and in our conversation i asked how his day was going. He replied that it was going good and that he was about to take his son on a trip. I asked where he was going, and he replied that they were going across country and that they were going to drive all across the country, and that they were going to stop wherever they wanted to and that they weren't going to come back until they got finished enjoying whatever they wanted to do in life and it was at that moment that I realized I was working to provide a life for his child that I wIould never be able to provide for mine. It was at that moment a light bulb came on and I knew it wasn'tgoing to work for me antmore. I than began thinking what it was that I could do to provide a better quality of life for my family and loved ones as he was doing for his. It didn't take long for the fond childhood memories caught up with me and reminded me of eating water Ice on the boardwalk in Atlantic City. hense, the birth of Jersey Water Ice! Water Ice is similar to a sorbet. It is cold, colorful and comes in many different flavors such as cherry, lemon, mango, blue raspberry, cotton candy, strawberry - banana, and watermelon just to name a few. We would like to expand to other areas, cities, and states. Funding would help us to reach the masses and service those who can't get to us. We are currently in two states, Virginia (brick & mortar) and New Jersy where we have  our (mobile carts ). Part of our expansion would derive from equipment needed (Overhead exhaust fan, Advertisement, Transportation to service sports events and community outings, proprer outside seating for customers to enjoy family and friend time while dining.). Supporting us would allow us to connect with the communies near and far for a better way of growing together. Our company slogan is - "Let Us Grow With You" and we aim to do just that!
