Hi, my name is Kelly Bonin , also known as Lady1Love .
This March 7, I am traveling to Jamaica with my five children to perform our song “Queen Nanny” as a musical tribute, launch my Queen Nanny Black History lyric book at a school, and support hurricane relief and cultural heritage preservation .

This journey is about music, education, healing, and community .
I’m inviting you to help make it possible — because it truly takes a village .

Our Mission

This humanitarian trip has three core purposes:

🎶 Cultural Tribute

To honor Queen Nanny , a Jamaican national hero, through music that celebrates resistance, leadership, and African heritage.

📚 Education

To launch the Queen Nanny lyric book at a school, supporting Black history education through music, literacy, and storytelling.

🌪️ Hurricane Relief & Community Support

To uplift communities still impacted by hurricanes by contributing to relief efforts and preserving cultural heritage during recovery.

Why This Matters

Queen Nanny’s story is one of strength, courage, and community .
By bringing this music and book directly to young students in Jamaica, we are:

  • Preserving history
  • Empowering youth through culture
  • Teaching that leadership can come from love and unity

This trip is also deeply personal — my children are part of this journey so they can learn firsthand the meaning of service, heritage, and giving back .

How Funds Will Be Used

Your support will help cover:

  • ✈️ Travel for Kelly + 5 children
  • 🏠 Accommodation & local transportation
  • 🎤 School event production & performance costs
  • 📦 Printing/shipping of lyric books & educational materials
  • 🤲 Contributions toward hurricane relief & cultural preservation
