LOTC is a short film that follows Toni and Michael, two Nigerian immigrants who moved to the UK in pursuit of better lives. Toni is a nurse who feels she has her life together but is missing one thing - LOVE. While Michael simply just wants to make money to support his family back home, who rely completely on him. As they try to balance their own expectations, they find themselves crossing paths at the most unexpected moments. his film explores themes of timing, loneliness, and the pressures that come with finding love in a new place.
At its heart, LOTC is a story about connection, serendipity, and the universal search for companionship. This project is self-funded, but we’re reaching out for support to cover essential costs like equipment, location rentals, editing, and post-production to bring the story to life as envisioned.
