Why I created Project Delta

Project Delta started with a simple idea:

What if being different wasn't something you had to hide, but something that could become your greatest strength? 

Apart from being mostly Sci-fi this is a story based on my real life experience navigating the world as a neurodivergent individual.

I've always loved superheroes, but I wanted to create something that felt personal. Project Delta is my attempt to build a superhero universe of my own; one filled with larger-than-life heroes, strange powers, villains, mysteries, humor, and stories about neurodivergent people trying to understand who they are and where they belong.

The project has grown far beyond a single character or story. I've created an entire world with its own characters, organizations, conflicts, history, and mythology. Some of its characters are inspired by people and experiences from my life, but they are ultimately fictional characters within the Project Delta universe.

What Is Project Delta?

Project Delta is an original superhero graphic novel and fictional universe.

The story follows a collection of heroes and villains whose lives become connected through a much larger conflict involving science, experimentation, extraordinary abilities, political power, secret organizations, and forces that threaten the world.

At the center of the story are characters who aren't simply defined by their powers. They have their own personalities, struggles, relationships, mistakes, ambitions, and reasons for becoming who they are.

The universe includes heroes, antiheroes, villains, scientists, organizations,  and futuristic technology. Some characters are inspired by ideas and experiences that are meaningful to me, while remaining fictional characters within the Project Delta universe.

My long-term goal is to expand Project Delta beyond the first graphic novel and eventually build it into a larger fictional universe.

What Your Support Will Help Create

The money raised through this campaign will help me move Project Delta from development into production.

Funds will primarily go toward:

• Professional comic artwork and character illustrations
• Page layouts, lettering, and graphic design
• Editing and proofreading
• Printing and production costs
• Promotional materials
• Crowdfunding and payment-platform fees
• Other expenses directly related to producing and releasing the project

I want the final product to feel like a real graphic novel, not simply a collection of sketches or unfinished concepts.

Why Crowdfunding?

Creating a comic professionally is expensive, especially for an independent creator.

Hiring artists, paying for lettering and editing, producing physical and digital copies, and promoting a finished book all require resources that I don't currently have on my own.

That's why I'm turning to crowdfunding.

Rather than waiting until I have enough money to do everything myself, crowdfunding allows me to bring people into the process and build Project Delta together with the people who believe in it.
