George Hudson- Project Head/Lead Actor
About Project Head -
Geroge Hudson is a filmmaker and actor
combatant who has been in the industry for a few years, shooting
alongside the likes of John Hannah and Rada Mitchell and working with
the BAFTA award winning director Colin O’Toole who showed him the
ropes on the industry he’s starting to break into. he is singed with
worldwide talent management and as-well as working on these larger
Industry projects but also loves working on these smaller scale indie
projects that help to revolutionise the filmmaking world and helping
other filmmakers break into the industry he so deeply loves. George
will be playing the lead role in this intense and powerful action/thriller
Syed Hussain Ali- Producer
Syed Hussain Ali is a Film, Documentary and Digital Content Producer with over four years of experience in the UK and Pakistan. Passionate about storytelling that inspires change.
Syed is the founder of two influential digital platforms: Propergaanda, which sheds light on Pakistan’s social, cultural, and political issues, and Hussaini Khayal, dedicated to preserving and sharing the struggles, traditions, and rituals of the Shia community. With eight years of experience in digital journalism and activism, Syed combines creative vision with a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices, making a meaningful impact through both visual and written mediums.
Jodi Ferguson- Director
Jodi Ferguson is a dual UK/US citizen and an award winning filmmaker. Her debut western short “The Bountress” garnered significant recognition, earning multiple festival awards including “Director’s Choice”. Her films have been well received at festivals, winning multiple awards for “Best Short”, as well as other accolades including “Best Director”. Her work has also been featured on CBS & ESPN. After spending years in TV production (The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, Magnum P.I, Major Crimes) Jodi is drawn to narrative projects that create impact and inspire change. A lifelong competitive equestrian and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, some themes of her recent work include: foster care youth, childhood dementia (funded by Alzheimer’s Scotland), mental health and women’s education.
Jodi looks forward to directing Vengeance. Having grown up in a martial arts family she cannot wait to create some epic fight sequences with this wonderful team.
Maya Civval- Production Design Head
Hi, I’m Maya Civval! I’m the production designer for Vengeance. I’m originally London but now spend a lot of my time in Scotland. I’m eager to help bring this super exciting project to life!
I’ve recently graduated from the University for the Creative Arts with a degree in Design for Screen. I’ve got experience working on various projects from TV show pilots, to short films as production designer. This film stood out to me as there’s a lot of scope to play with and new things to try. I can’t wait to see the final product!
