The Afterland Universe is an independent storytelling project built across comics, spin-offs, and short films.
The project is already active, with 12 issues of The Afterland Underground, 6 issues of The Afterland, 3 issues of Afterland Magma, 6 spin-offs, and 2 short films created for festival submissions.
I’m raising funds to upgrade the production setup behind the project, especially with a dedicated computer/workstation that will improve speed, stability, editing, organization, and overall production quality.
This campaign is not about starting from zero. It is about helping an existing creative universe grow.

This reward gives one supporter the opportunity to develop their own original story inside The Afterland Universe, working directly with the creator from the first concept to the finished comic.
You bring the seed: a character, an idea, a conflict, a theme, or even just the kind of story you have always wanted to tell. Together, we will find the right place for it within The Afterland Universe and turn it into a complete original story.
We will work together on:
- your core story idea
- original characters created for your story
- the setting and branch of The Afterland where it belongs
- plot, conflict and major turning points
- key scenes and dialogue
- visual direction and character concepts
- story structure from beginning to end
- review of major creative decisions during production
- development material and behind-the-scenes progress
- the final completed comic
You will receive official Guest Co-Writer / Story Collaborator credit on the finished work, plus a special digital edition and all previous campaign rewards.
