I am writing on behalf of JMO Star Productions LLC to request funding support for an inclusive and groundbreaking film project titled Silent Dragon Force, inspired by Power Rangers . As a deaf director and the owner of JMO Star Productions, I am deeply committed to creating a film that celebrates diversity and brings underrepresented communities to the screen.

Silent Dragon Force is a family-friendly TV series centered around superheroes. What makes this project truly unique is its cast, which will include actors of all races, abilities, and backgrounds—deaf individuals, actors with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, prosthetics, and wheelchair users. This project is not just entertainment; it is an opportunity for children and families to see heroes who look like them, heroes who reflect their identities and lived experiences.

Representation matters. By creating characters with diverse abilities and backgrounds, Silent Dragon Force will empower children to embrace who they are. It will foster understanding, reduce bullying, and inspire compassion. When children see superheroes overcoming challenges and celebrating their differences, they are inspired to believe in themselves and others.

This project is about more than creating a TV show—it is about driving meaningful change. As someone from the deaf community, I understand firsthand the power of visibility and inclusion.
