I am working on a project, intended ultimately for the large scale and for positive influence that is related to human development... and I will get right to it. What I have for offer is a theory but that will be obvious to most who are from a successful background in Business or Performance. I have had some adversity that forced me into self-optimization mode for dealing with circumstances, I was an early success story, but also I was breakable and I did not know how to understand it. I was eating a perceivably healthy diet, but it was only psuedo healty and semi concisous and focused. It left me with vulnerabilites and lessons that I would learn from in a dramatic way.... I had no choice but to transform my habits changing them for optimal performance in the mind and body - in the years following major setbacks and from overcoming what I am sure will eventually go down as an econmoic hit in which I was laced by a partner, but the relevant part of this story deals with what i learned from recovery and how it can help others. The long version shortented is that, when i was recovering, realizing how wrongly someone did me, and I had to recover from the lacings. And then around the time I was reaching a recovery point and functionality, I found myself being dominated by people who were advanced psychologically and I did not know how to survive through it... it was radically cruel, there were people who did not want me to succeed at justice, nor in my real estate career and its a huge challenge to prove. This situation is still onging but is a huge part of my motivation and is something that I have intended to start working on as soon as my mind was freed enough and that day has arrived.
I was forced into a contrast, during this pursuit for justice
... and thrust into a process of transformation. From this experience
I have been able to learn what we all learn in our own unique ways, in
regards to conquering the shadow and learning about self, but I have
always sought the means for explaining it better, for delivering the
observation of this experience effectively, in the more bioavailable
form, so that others whom I am able to touch, can get the most from
it. What I have come out with is comprised of information that is
already known and easy to find and verify. Any intelligent and well
developed individual already know this information, but in bits...
where it would benefit the whole is to be able to link this
information to human development and performance, and also to the
quality of life.... This information has never been presented in the
way that I intend - as a complete concept that can be planted into the
fertile soil of the mind, where it will continue if cared for long
enough to establish a taproot.
I believe that this idea, presented as theory, will catch on and that whatever true version of the theory, that can be made into actual science, true and provable, published literature that documents the direct link between a few dietary focus points, and the influence is has over the development of IQ and EQ, over the long term... This is the theory, the we have one primary governing factor that opens the possibility for a higher development in the two key areas of: Intelligence and Emotional Development... If True, how will this effect, the life in whole, the long term effects of choices and decisions, character development, interests behaviors relations??? All of it centers around the interpretation we have of self and of reality, which is different for each of us, but how can we know if there a more optimized and more accurate version of this interpretation, available to us? I believe it is true I am a living example, and also I believe that this information will also find its way to its own transformation, just as we have to do each as individuals... It relates to what we are made from in its raw form and changed into a bioavailable form that can be metabolized in the mind of a developing human being. Information organized in such a way that it can be used for educating and improving society in whole, and also for offsetting alot of terrible statistics and avoidable problems...
Now is the right time for it. There in fact could not be a better
time for it. We have approached a critical point, with societal
setback, epidemics galore, identity transition, technology advancment
and warfare... we are the ping pong balls within this social
experiment that we exist as, the artifical version of a natural
system... Though when this goal i have set out to achive, is achieved,
and publislhed, it will deliver the information that will be used to
enhance the quality of life for Millions of people, improving not only
our habits on the large scale but also upgrading the level of industry
that we are capable to participate in as a species, and taking us to
the next step within our evolution and potentially providing us with
the patway towards becoming a next level civilization.
If I am right, then there are few simple focuses that can be
used to improve the quality of life for most people and that can be
transitioned at populational scale, possibly within as little as one
generation... And we should. If we applied ourselves, and conquered
the focus machine in society, we are capable to omit a generation of
diabetes. Are We? Of course we are, we know and understand the cause
and effect... Now Let that sink in. Is that possible though, to
overcome whatever barrier has prevented this from happening. Can we
live without the cause, and without mal-effect? Are there conflicts we
have to face if we change the circumstance? Note that this is not
about diabetes specifically, but in one example i can explain why the
individual doesn't simply take the steps to prevent it... it is
difficult! Perhaps the most challenging psychological endeavor that
someone will ever take on. And the example of the human suffering at
the latter portion of a life on dialysis, should serve to inspire the
change and yet the habit is still common, it is profitable, and to
dramatically change the habit fast, can lead to withdrawls in both the
individual but also on the large scale... Society would not be able to
handle the shock if we were to drop refined sugar overnight, its a
staple, but of the economy... in the same way, the threat of jail,
should prevent the crime from happening, but crime still happens. The
cause for each of these human fallicies is related and maybe even the
same issue, all a matter of whether or not the individual has
developed the emotions, and their ability to process and manage
stress. One a corruption as a dietary impulse, the other a behavioral corruption
So what is the reason why we do not simply change this and
improve the quality of life? The habits dealing with diet are so
intricately linked to identity, that dietary habit is not the only
thing that changes, the implications also influence the identity, the
interests, the habits and of course the health of the individual.
There is a transition period and a reckoning, physiological effects,
withdrawls, feelings and next to the continual stimulations that strum
the sensations. The habit, came from years of observation, marketing
and advertising, tolerance and "moderation" and yet, someone
can shift a habit and improve the quality of life for a Decade or
several of the final decades, of their lifetime! so why not? The
reason is because of this issue of managing stress... an identity
transition is intensely stressful! Comfort usually wins...
normality, mediocrity, tolerance and "Moderation".... and
yet this bad habit sits at the root of all major dependencies and
epidemics... it is sort of like the gateway drug for poor eating
habits. Do we need energy from sugar? Not most people who consume an
abundance. What do we need then? It can presumed that we eat or
energy, most people belive that, but technically its not the real
story for most of us who have energy stores. And so we eat for
nutrition that will provide us with access to energy... Cravings then
are usually intended, literally evolved, to signal a specific need and
most of us exist in a crosswired state - How can we fix it? is there a Manual?
And not to demonize the element.... Is sugar bad? well... we
need some accroding to science but when we strip it away from all that
it comes packaged with in nature, vitamins to fortify the systems and
fiber to feed the flora so that we achieve more nutrition from food
when we do eat, actual food... also the fiber will serve to slow the
delivery of sugar into the blood so that it doesn't work as an agent
that causes damage to cells, inflammation, further distracting the
brain, our loyal first responder, which is now tasked with repairing
the cell.. it will have to use attention focus energy and resources to
do so... it will need to produce more insulin to balance the blood,
until that system is shot, and not to mention the signs of aging we
gain more quicky from all that work and energy that is now focused
towards repair. And so altering sugar, and making it into a flavoring
agent that makes food seem more attractive, is actually a tax on the
human being
And so how much do we gain by changing this habit? Think of how
many of chronic disease we tolerate as a society, and also epidemics,
that are or were avoidable, technically... IF we avoid junk and
fillers and refined and processed foods, we can avoid diseases, if we
avoid imbalances, perhaps also we can avoid dependencies even mass
shootings.... the dependencies usually begin when we make a choice
based on how we feel vs how we want to feel.... Yes, we can prevent
these on a smaller scale, And yet we are overwhelmed by the load of
habits that keep us trapped in the matrix of statistics that politics
is continually responding to or reflecting, and that business is
always catering to. A free society caters to this right that we have,
to trade the long term quality of life for immediate gratification.
Rather than to benefit from the stress and pain, we can offset that
now, for a lower price now, and a higher price later. The market
machine we are so dependent on, continually makes the sale... we serve
the cause, as the main feature and also as dessert, and also as a
snack! in the churches, in the homes, at schools, at work, in
celbration at parades, parties... we sit in front of the machines that
flash the queue... and no wonder it is such a daunting task, the
decision to improve the quality of life... we are overwhelmed by that
example of moderation and the picture of success, we do not glamourize
the picture of setback and failure as often and yet it make up
something like a Trillion fed into healthcare every year...
But this presentation I am making is not about sugar at all, it
is about habits and how they affect our functionality in the long term
and specifically whether or not we can become better somehow by
managing these choices. There is a barrier that makes this different
for each of us and it is a matter of conditioning, this fits snugly
into the category of stress managment which fits into the category of
emotional development. Nothing is more critical to our adaptation and
to our success, than how we will respond at the point of challenge,
this is what sets us apart from each other. I have mapped this issue
of stress managment and linked it by theory to a matter of Development
in two areas. In the Brain, and its functionality, as well as
Emotional development... The brain is a physical system but that
manages much of what we consider to be our intangible systems and yet
all of the systems, tangible or intangible are coordinated into one
package that we know as the self, our own identity, our ego,
complimenting beliefs, habits character behaviors... Strengthening the
two types of systems, the actual brain and its complimenting emotional
system, feelings.... works the same way as does a muscle ... we all
know the example. You can provide your brain with all of the
resources, not just intake but uptaking them, absorbtion, and given
they are made available in the correct ratios and usable, the brain or
any other system can improve, the results only experienced or
measurable, over time.... and so we have a family of systems we can
focus on to improve access to these resources... and as such work a
muscle, but when ever do we teach that stress as a signal for
something good? Stress is considered to be bad, and yet Exercising and
challenging a brain, is to distress a brain? Learning Growing Adapting
Changing, these are stressors! We break or damage the muscle so that
it can grow... the brain in a similar way must be developed, but do we
care as much about the brain as we do, the muscle tissue? The store
isles are filled to the brim with supplements and amino blends for
improving muscle tissue. Many are in the know regarding what a muscle
needs, the resources necessary for growth and repair, and for optimal
function and recovery - and also its conditioning, its challenges,
information, experiences, setbacks, patterns. We do this for the
brain, but why is the isle for resources related to brain function and
recovery, so much smaller?
Even the most advanced chess player, with a most advanced and oiled
mind, has had to develop in other areas, in emotional development...
This is not only about mastering a system. We can master systems,
calculators, computers, and still function as an absolute failure,
socially... we can master emotions, street smarts, but with no
ability to oversee or manage complex systems, forever depedent on
others to maintain the health and integrity of systems, and that is
okay I guess, until the repitition of behavior can no longer illicit
the reward - and then we adapt... to master both, emotional
intelligence and intellect, is a step closer towards an optimized
perspective - an optimized lifestyle... experiencing our fullest
potential. If the processor is working better, then perhaps, an
optimized interpretation of any information we come across, an
optimized method for processing stress and even an optimized
interpretation, of our own feelings - self understanding.... and a
version of each of these that compounds and that is expressed in our
character and in the final product of our life. What if this is a
matter of the very same resources I am talking about, the equivalent
to what we might do for the optimal growth of a muscle, except the
elements necessary for optimal developmenet of the brain and the
systems related to our response and emotions i.e. Hormones Neurons etc...
This is the difference that sets these two children apart, the
child from the disciplined household with dietary focus and who will
usually enter maturity with a college plan or a business focus in
mind, vs the child with fewer habits geared toward his or her optimal
brain and emotional development... rather the limit on resources that
are made available to their primary systems on a regular basis via
their habits, and how this relates to functionality, and how that
relates to development of the two key areas, over the long term... Can
we get more from education and learning, if and when these resources
are in place? I believe so. And what, is going to be more important in
the world of complex business systems, than stress development....
What if there are two people who attend the same motivational seminar,
seeking something similar, with a similar objective, but one has the
habits intstilled since their youth that has led them to cellular and
mindful readiness, vs someone with a brain that is still preoccupied
with unnecessary tasks and limits in access to the resources it will
need, for optimal processing? Do these have a chance a receiving the
same value from a seminar... How about the value they might achieve
from the same tools or vehicles... Is there truly an equal opportunity
as far as the potential value they might receive from using Ai? If
not, how can this be addressed?
And again, Even if we do not organize and manufacture or manage
systems and businesses, we can still thrive in a free system, there
are many systems for which to participate in... but to have develop
emotionally, if we are going to excel. proper stress conditioning, has
everything to do with the self image we are developing, and that will
carry us forward through adulthood - @ This video production I am
working on, will get into these differences and discuss how this
conditioning, positive challenge and positive stress, and note THAT IS
MANAGED APPROPRIATELY, will lead to stronger development over the
longer term. By linking these together and creating a concept, we can
encourage habits that are tied into the development of the individual,
which will increase their value to the marketplace over the long term,
but even more importantly, their value as a resources for their
family, their community and even to their "self", and at the
same time, increasing the value potential of the resource they hold in
their hand.
We can compare development to the maturing process where
behavioral patterns are forged over time, but what I am promoting is
advanced development, and that we are capable to achieve, and that is
primarily based on mindfulness to the dietary factor and understanding
which elements and balances, will actually make a difference in your
quality of life, and measurably, over the long term. This is where
society has failed us, in the most simple way, overlooking a primary
focus that would benefit the whole and even other communities and
nations that we exchange with... the link to how our habits and
normalities affect our development in the long term.... and ultimately
our final product, and maybe even the GDP, certainly the quality of
life index. One of my earliest tasks performed when I first accessed
Ai was asking it to calculate how much GDP we could add annually, by
simply eliminating chronic disease. I learned pretty quickly that Ai
was only accessing generic data relating to diet, but with a few
prompt shifts, I came up with these figures: A 250 Billion dollar
investment that goes into farming and food production transition and
market changing variables, to remove agents linked to chronic
diseases, would have a direct impact on the annual GDP, in a range
that falls somewhere, estimated, between 800 Billion and 1.2 Trillion,
Annually.. This was from one of the earliest Ai models! It is a
considering for exploration that may be amended into an act if I were
to become funded well enough to extend the length of this presentation\documentary.
So why doesnt the average Joe see the value in managing the
dietary factor. Why is the market so loyal and centered around the
Standard American Diet or S.A.D. if it is taxing us rather than
benefitting... You would think we could simply move back to natural
food like all of the strong and well adapted creatures throughout
nature. Primarily the reason, is because we do not demand it, and we
have settled for convenience, from a market that is focused on
productivity rather than quality. But they didn't teach us the planned
obselecence was intended for the human as well as the machine! And no
I think the market is generally innocent, but when we demand better,
the people competing at the top of the machine terminals, are more
mindful when it comes down to profitabilty and so it is our
responsbility to demand better, and we do so by taking better care of
ourselves and each other, and all the while, developing into stronger
people and cultures. The reason why we do not see it because it is
long term process, we do not improve IQ by simply consume a meal or a
few, but those who stick to a few principles and focus areas within
their diet, have come out better and obviously! And so where is the
educational focus on this relation and why is this not a published
science that is made into a bioavailable function of information, in
the classroom, in the gojvernment... Do we only rely on circumstance
for the development of and the reinforcing of Princples? What is a
principle and why do some walk with them, while others struggle. Does
it come down to where we work and who we are surrounded by?
Obersvational learning? or maybe development also plays a role in the
cultivation of principle... and what is this exactly?
A principle is a primary governing belief within a system of
beliefs. This system is Organ-ized just as is every other system that
we are made of only this one has a long term influence over the
quality of function that occurs within the other systems. It is a
dominant belief, and that might often appear as a rule or a guideline
for how we see and deal with other people, but more than that is is a
reflection of character. To cultivate a focus develops into an aspect
of character. Conditioning and development play a governing role here,
and yet these two fundamentals described in "The Crux of Human
Develpment" represent the point where we have the most say or
ability to play a role that will determine what we become in the long
term. Can this be more clear? and so what is the difference, can it be
true that we can improve from diet mindfulness alone? Of course there
are other factors, but everything we experience happens through the
mind and the emotions, and so to develop these better will improve the
results, certainly... and we have the ability to communicte this
information effectively - We know the applicable science for
delivering this message, and it is used to sell virtually everything
else. So why is this not the mainstream common knowledge, is it
because divide is easier to sell? Or perhaps we are truly a creature
that is defined solely through external persuasion. Is it Convenience,
or is it a tax? Did we all sign a contract where we agreed on the
planned obsolescence for maximum profitability? Or perhaps this is all
genetics??? I will take my chances and invest into my own development
My job as a creator, i believe, is to translate this knowledge
so that the many and society can benefit from it. Now let me present
some basic case study, this is proof that there is in fact a direct
link to these fundamental elements, BALANCES and it exists in the
statistics we can read and verify regarding the Nation of Japan. Japan
has frequently performed in the range of a highest ranking average IQ
and I firmly believe this is linked to another stat where Japan Ranks.
Japen frequently per the UN report, enjoys the longest average
lifespan and going back for generations... and this feeds right into
the theory. Alot of factors influence length and quality of life, but
none more than the fundamentals. And what differs in the Japanese
population among other asian populations, or any for that matter? Why
does this come out differently, is it merlely beliefs, is it
motivational speakers and coaches? is it religious beliefs or
spirituality? or can it be that habits relative to human development,
have improved the interpretation across every category, and for
generations... Let that sink in
I am telling you that a primary factor related to these stats is
relative to the Japanese dietary staples, which provide for the
japanese mind and systems of emotions and feelings, the most basic and
higher levels of the most important and fundamental building blocks
relative to human development. And of course there are many points and
variables, but the one major staple tells the entire story and it is
Sushi, which is consumed regularly by approximately 70% of the
population. Omega 3 rich, and Mineral Rich Sushi, where the Omega 3 is
not destroyed by cooking, and seaweed regularly and that is just one
of the examples that come from Japanese cuisine, also rich in
fermented foods and many whole food choices, that serve to feed the
flora, and that will maximize the uptake of nutrition that is achieved
from food, which also meets the original purporse for eating, and the
reason why any creature ever at to begin with, for delivery to the
point of benefit.

Please allow me to share why this matters, and no I am not arguing that we need to invest in seafood. Much of the supply is tainted and there are many safety issues related to heavy metals and toxins that make their way into water through industrialization, but there is a key set of reasons to why this is linked to the Performance in Japanese statistics... And it is based on the fact that the brain, is made up from fat and cholesterol primarily. It is easy to verify in a quick search that a ratio of Omega 3 to 6 Fats is linked directly to optimal brain development. Omega 3 comprised of EPA and DHA are tremendously healthy for the human brain or any brain for that matter, but my focus that i want to get across exists in the long term benefits and how it will translate for quality of life and societal stats... Please note that there is a dna study floating around that shows that some people and species have the dna sequence that allows for the conversion of plant based EPA from Omega 3 and DHA, into its form most usable by the brain, while some humans do not! and so it further complicates the matter, but ultimately, if we are closer to this ratio, we are supporting optimal brain development!
This is like upgrading the processor in your computer... if you have
a faster processor, then the machine is more suitable for gaming or
for watching fast frame movies, and will also last longer and is less
likely to stall or freeze! Now again, just like the example of the
chess player, there is also the factor of Emotional Development or
EQ... and this takes us to the crux... The entire brain and neuron
system is made up from and runs on many elements but is engineered
from fat and cholestrol primarily ... and it serves as a process for
the entire complex of human emotions which can be broken down to its
basics, hormones, which are engineered from a few elements and that
hinge around delicate hormone balances... These are engineered from,
drumroll. MINERALS... the natural behavior of the elements we should
be uptaking from our diets and that is sorted by our intelligent
systems that will utilize the Vitamin D we activate from sunlight to
help with absorbing the Magensium and stimulating the chemical
reaction, a set of processes that are tied into the generation of
response and behavior.. but we depend on stress conditioning for
optimal development, whether it be in the mind or the muscle. Any new
job, growing, learning, adapting, transitioning habits, etcetera....
even maturing - is stress conditioning, it is patterning, and the
higher the intensity, the faster we are burning through the elements
used to power our cells - the organizational structure broken down
into microns that is made into formation which serves as the battery
within every mitochnodria within every cell within the human body...
and when it is short on resources, we receive the distress signal --- STRESS
WE NEED IT - but we also need to manage it
What we do not need are the compounded effects that happen, when we
fail to manage it
Conditioning is where we develop our patterns and therefore our
character overtime... through observation, through repitition, through
experience... What I am arguing is that when we are mindful of this
crux, these two elements, a critical balance of healthy fats and the
apporpriate ratios of minerals .... then we process energy and manage
stress more effectively in the short term and develop more effectively
in the long term.... either way, whether we are managing our
resources or not, our senses are gathing data, and we are developing
patters, at all times! The first time we encounter a shadow or a dark
room, we begin to process and learn from the experience... We can
easily achieve the resources needed for these taskes, as far as intake
goes, and without much effort, but the biggest problem, frankly, is
Magensium deficiency, the one that we need to get more of.... IF we
are to improve, and also for coping with the high stress transitions
that our society has seen since the advent of television and before,
we are still adapting to this level of stimulation and we have yet to
even address the most important and fundamental aspect of adjusting
and as induststry has rearranged the forumation and delievery of food
So we need more Magnesium and Less calcium for the harmonious
processing of stress, but why dont we have it? The root reason for why
we are deficient in one of the most abundant minerals found in nature,
splits into two categories. One is that the soils have been overfarmed
and depleted... and meanwhile, farming ops are more focused on
productivity and count, and not so much content. The other part is
biological and exists in the fact that stress levels deplete Magensium
stores and this is because stress demands more energy use and thus the
burn rate with Magensium that leaves behind, and imbalance with
Calcium, which in excess or when misplaced, offers is own set of
disadvantage. WHy does that matter? Because everything that is good
for us illicits a stress level! The stimulation makes some of us, more
intelligent, and it is because we are managing the systems that
process the stress and emotions, effectively and part of that having a
well oiled process, some of it is conditioning and patterning...
Remember, Growing Learning Adapting... Physical or Mental
challenges, are all stress(ors)... all of them create and energy deamn
in the same way that a more complex equation causes Ai to use, more
electricity! More resources. Exercise depletes magnesium as well as
having a news addiction or fear porn, or even transitioning a bad
habit! We have to work hard to overcome the discomfort... for
changing, and thats why we dont. Could it come down to the simplicity
of managing our accessibility to energy by having these minerals in
place? YES and especially in the longer term. The effects compound and
if left unmanged, and unfortunately, can becoeme a tattoo on the
identity and a stain on the self perception - recovery can take a very
long time. Nothing is more taxing in fact, than to leave these issues
unamanged - can it really come down to chemistry? I am arguing yes,
give it a try. Find a bioavailable form of Magnesium and get yourself
a regular full dose before or during your next experience with high
intensity stress, a job, and interview, a transition
Now alot will have to change over the longer term... Part of it is because we are a calcium heavy society that loves cheese and dairy, but that is fixable. Calcium competes with Magensium for uptake but the two are actually important and necessary, but happen to exist in much different ratios in nature than what we get from the artifical diet. The part to know that has to be rieterated, is that Stress, which is a good thing for those who manage it well, Think about it... a manager of systemes,, a business owner that succeeds, a master of anything, is someone who has conquered stress and many have come to say, has befriended it, acknowledging that this is an honest signal! It is loyalty from our systems, letting us know that we have needs.. The same reason as the reason why cravings evolved in the first place, to signal that we have needs that we need dto achieve... A pregnant woman reaches for chocolate, but in actuality, she has been signaled to reach for what is in the chocolate, including the magnesium, to assist two or more people with the compounded need for the resources necessary for stress managment ... And so Technically, stress is not a bad thing at all, and yet by improving its managment, we can avoid unecessary stressors and grow more focused to the stressors which benefit us.
Why wouldnt we share this , if i am in fact correct, and I AM. I
have been stalked by mafias and rogue government factions, supremacy
groups and possibly worse than that, and I was forced to adapt... I
began to develop a pathway out of a complex situation when i listened
to the holistic doctor i was listening to many years before, when he
indicated that most people are Magnesium Deficient and that stress
levels deplete Magnesium... I began to mega dose based on my
circumstances and based on my stress levels, per the advice of
researcher Morley Robbins, and it was quite effective. Overtime i was
processing information more effectively and managing through my
emotions better, and when it came time to change habits, I was able to
particiapate more effectively in the process where i define myself. I
was able to set and choose habits.... and that is what this comes down
to... WHy all of this developmental issue matters most, and how we
differ the most in in our developed ability to Decide.... EVERYONE
makes choices, but the ability to DECIDE, must be developed and that
goes hand in hand with the quality of processing and the managing of
emotions and feelings.... Choices happen everyday, but a DECISION,
is the governor or primary influence over MANY choices going forward
including this one, where you hopefully are choosing to support me in
this mission.
A decision, when we make a legitimate decision, is only proven when
we follow through, and I hope you have received enough value from
reading this to continue on making the choices. You read this far
because this is interesting and I hope that after you verify this
information you will continue on with the choice you are making to
support my mission and cause. Wh en we make a choice, the
impplications are minimal, we can always overstep the choice with
another, for example, I can give it my all in a workout at the gym,
and then i can reward with a cupcake or a beer, diminisihing some
percentage of my efforts for an ounce of stimulation or pleasure...
but when I decide that I am going to lose 100 lbs and to develop a six
pack, when that was truly adopted as a character trait, i was not able
to feel good about a beer or a cupcake. I omitted those, and so
hopefully you have omitted the option that you move on.
And you are free also to make a DECISION, that is, if you are
capable, if you have developed the ability. And it may be to simply
explore or to learn more about me, or you can take this information
and pass it on to wherever or whomever it will help the most. You can
reach out and stay in touch and continue on participating in this
cause and being a part of the change that you want to see in the world
- but this is very complex and psychological. What I am working on
developing is an effective delivery of this information and that may
not mean for every audience. This needs to be presented in a form that
is bioavailable and usable and that will take much focus and many
edits. It is something that I decided to work on a long time ago and
so the diffference between choice and decision is revealed here. A
true Decision influences a series of choices moving forward, and also
addresses the complexity of feelings, going forward. It means when I
quit a sugar habit on Monday, that i have already started addressing
the feelings i will have around comsumption time, on Friday. This is
the same that needs to happen for a generation of kids if we are to
leave behind old stats, and to experience the optimum development and
potetential, of a generation
One of the first things i did after I confirmed in my own
experiments, was to submit this information to Berkley, and though i
was not even a fan of liberal schools, I was interested in getting
this idea into their debate circles since they are known for their
debate programs. The key being to get the buzz going and get the word
around and hopefully making its way into science, eventually into
bioavailable form, but there is simply much more to it... and while
there are many facets to the whole development process, this set is
fundamental and so it is my launching point... Many will have to begin
this process working on these habits and proecessing stress
effectively before much of the rest of the relatable information can
have as much value, and it will. For many it does already but we exist
in a disconnect with those who may not realize that their own habits
have served to inhibit thier optimal development, and yet who, that
understands this, would not at least wonder what the optimized version
of their self would be like?
I argued to Berkely readers that taking a large dose before a
test will help to improve focus and test scores for anyone with test
anxiety! and If anything, even if you do not help to fund me I ask you
to please share with any students or family and friends who experience
a high stress level. Or Perhaps you work in a high stress career or
run a business, or you know a teacher or someone in law enforcement,
someone who can benefit from this knowledge... Please pass this on! Do
a search, read about this mineral that is necessary for more than 300
biological processes... Imagine what happens to a few areas of
function if they are short on reserves ...
Again Magensium is one of the most abundant minerals found in

so hard to stick to an idea that is good for us, IS BRAIN DEVELOPMENT,
and that is the other half of the crux. Omega 3 serves as the oil for

is a part of the forumula for growing muscle, and that is realted to
many hormone functions and also to longevity and overall function of a
body... The Octopus shows intelligence level and neuron developement
equavalent to that of a human child... In the wild they have been
observed using tools and throwing rocks ... and this goes to show how
much difference the processing can make, over the long term and as it
pertains to our adapations as a species
When the brain is well oiled and better developed, the process
where we are stress conditioned by experience and life, modern events
and etcetera, is improved also... we are more adaptable, and this is
evident! EVERYWHERE .... look at the stats for communities presumed to
come from discipline in diet, and their interests, vs the conditions
in areas where diets are reckless, where fast food joints have popped
up on every corner. Observe the various political ideals and even
voting habits, people vote based on beliefs, and FEELINGS. Where
stimulation hits is what gets the most attention - and so why shouldnt
we vote, at the grocery store - where the vote counts the most
And so this crowdfunding request is for development of the
presentation and language that it takes to get this message across to
as many examples as necessary and so that the information that is
obvious to those who agree with me, is made into a bioavailable form
that can be processed by society and for its benefit. WE CAN BECOME
THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD, and literally. This is a
developmental issue on the large scale. The data is obvious to us but
it does not stick when we simply tell the average anyone who can
benefit from it, but we can use technology to communicate this in many
ways... so that the concept will take on a life of its own
Now straight and forward with my supporters, I am open book. I
have already produced a script and I am currently at version 9. I can
probably produce the first video in a very good quality for less than
$1,000 but this is an ongoing project, I may need up to $100 - $500
more for edits I do think it needs some amount of rearranging the
message and wording updates but overall its really good im not even
against producing it as is but if i meet a larger budget i can produce
an even better and more effective psychologically friendly version and
produced by Synthetic Intelligence.... I am using
"SuperCool" as and intelligence platform and supplementting
with CoPilot and other Ai sources for minimal effects... on top of the
money I have spent thus far, I estimate that to produce the first
version will run below $1000, and then funds go towards promoting and
marketing and also website buildout to further promote it. Some
Credits will also go towards producing a book to match the video
presentation and that can be distrubuted affordably as an Ebook,
though a consideration is to use it for fund raising to continually
fund expansion and growth for the idea.... WIth enough funding and
parterneship I am open to joining forces and operation as an
educational outreach or a foundation
I am passionate about this! I have decided to also work on
engineering a community with a specific purpose to support each other
in optimization through habit and I have alot of work and I do now
know where I will be able to make up for the time without income but I
am still going to do it. Initially i considered developing myself as a
dietary transition coach since I have learned and experminted in my
own life and i fully understand the psychology but the intent is to
reach and appeal to a much larger audience, and perhaps to influence a
community of participants, coaches and harbingers. Part of this will
be the leverage we get from supporters as the community grows and the
various talents are applied to make the community grow to the point
that we transform into a reach out campaign to create influence in the
areas where this will serve the most benefit, and that will have a
positive influence on the direction that our society and business
systems are moving
I believe first we need the hard hitting presentation that will
make this into a science and as mentioned, a form that is bioavailable
for the viewer, communicated effectively - offering information that
offers applicable information and that makes sense enough that it has
an impact... it begins as a concept that forms a taproot in the mind
of the viewer, and then altering the self perceptions going forward
since this reveals the option we have, to optimize the systems we
depend on for interpreting the world and reality
I have no problem with sharing the script, I have invested a little
of my own funds into it so far and realized i was going to need a
change of focus and resources to produce this and so advice and
alternate help or support is welcomed.
I have setup the facebook page for Culture Conspiracy
tentatively but it is in the beginning stages. This is the tentative
launching point for the idea to build a community around the
foundational information beginning with the crux of development and
then forming a community with this focus that is open and friently
with varying political and religious perspectives but that agree on
the benefits we can achieve from optimizing habits and cooperation.
The next project after the Video is produced is to create a
complimenting book and then build out on the site, before plans are
made to structure the community, as I have mentioned and so I am
working as I go and also as I am having to shop for a car and nursing
a family member with a terrible case of diabetes who recently had a
toe removed. We had to have the ambulance out his morning because he
couldn't drink juice on his own but was revived with a glucose IV that
the paramedics were able to perform.... and so this is a motivator
for me that I am going through it. I was raised by him and mom and i
had to overcome many of the habits i learned from observing them and
being raised by them, observed habits that I have had to transition, a
process that has offered me so much that I am passionate to share with
the world and to communicate through my work. These lessons have
influenced me and now I am sort of operating as their
"parent" figure and I believe society needs someone who
cares as much. To simply communicate important information effectively
can improve, ALOT OF LIVES not just those specifically who adopt
change but also the people who they influence, and this information
may serve as the Crux
