Stand With Indie Storytelling: Fund My Next Book
Stories have always been the way I’ve made sense of the world — the light in it, the darkness in it, and the fragile thread that runs between the two. I didn’t come to writing because it was easy or profitable or predictable. I came to it because some stories refuse to leave you alone until you give them a voice.
This new book is one of those stories.
It has lived in fragments in my notebooks, in late-night thoughts, in quiet moments where characters speak when everything else is still. And I’ve reached the point every indie author eventually reaches — the place where passion and practicality collide. The story is ready to exist. But bringing it fully into the world requires resources I simply don’t have alone.
That’s why this campaign exists.
Why This Project Matters to Me
As an independent author, I don’t have a publishing house behind me. There’s no corporate marketing budget, no in-house design team, no guaranteed distribution machine. Every book I create rises or falls on the belief of readers who choose to stand beside me and say: this story deserves to exist.
I’m embarking on this project because I believe deeply in the power of independent storytelling — stories that aren’t shaped by market committees or trend forecasts, but by conviction, imagination, and emotional truth.
My goal with this book is simple and enormous at the same
time:
to create a story that stays with readers long after the
final page — the kind they carry, revisit, and recommend because it
meant something real to them.
About the Book — Dominion of the Fallen
Dominion of the Fallen is the most ambitious novel I’ve undertaken so far — a dystopian thriller born at the intersection of political oppression, spiritual collapse, and apocalyptic inevitability.
If 1984, V for Vendetta, and the biblical book of Revelation had a literary child, this would be it.
The story imagines a world where control is absolute, truth is manufactured, faith is regulated, and resistance itself is treated as heresy. Society is not merely governed — it is spiritually engineered. Surveillance does not just watch behavior; it seeks to reshape belief.
At the center of this world are individuals forced to confront a terrifying question: when authority claims divine legitimacy, how do you recognize deception… and what does defiance truly cost?
This is not dystopia for spectacle. It’s dystopia with theological and psychological weight — a narrative about conscience under coercion, identity under erasure, and the dangerous seduction of false salvation.
I’m building this book with deeper world architecture, layered symbolism, and characters who must navigate moral terrain where every choice carries consequence. It’s darker, larger in scope, and more emotionally demanding than anything I’ve written before.
And I want to bring it into the world at the level of craft and presentation the story deserves — not rushed, not compromised, not diminished by the limits indie creators constantly face.
Why I Need Crowdfunding
Creating a professional, polished novel as an independent author requires far more than writing the manuscript. To give this story the release it deserves, funding will go toward:
• Professional developmental and line editing
• High-quality
cover design and typography
• Formatting for print and digital
editions
• Advance reader copies and early distribution
•
Marketing and visibility so the book can actually reach readers
These are the invisible pillars that determine whether an indie book quietly disappears… or finds the audience it was meant for.
Crowdfunding allows this story to be created well, not just created cheaply.
It allows me to focus on craft rather than cutting corners.
And most importantly, it allows readers — not corporations — to decide what stories get made.
You Are the Heroes of This Story
Every independent book that exists does so because someone chose to believe in it before it was real.
That moment — when a reader decides this story matters enough to help bring into the world — is the turning point in any creative journey.
If you choose to support this campaign, you’re not just funding production costs. You’re doing something much more profound:
You’re making a story possible that would otherwise remain unwritten, unpublished, or unseen.
You become part of the creative lineage of this book — the group of people who stood at the beginning and said yes. When this novel reaches readers, when someone somewhere is moved by it, haunted by it, changed by it… that impact traces back to you.
This book will exist because you helped create the conditions for it to exist.
That makes you more than a supporter.
It makes you a co-creator.
The Invitation
If you’ve ever believed that independent voices matter…
If
you’ve ever wanted to help a story reach the world…
If you’ve
ever loved a book and wondered how it came to be…
This is that moment — from the other side.
I’m inviting you to stand with indie storytelling.
To stand with
this story.
To help carry it from imagination into reality.
And if you do, every page of this book will carry a quiet truth:
It exists because you believed in it.
