Help Support Local Artists and Community Members Fund Their Art Installation

Led by a team of experienced interactive artists, we’re creating our most ambitious project to date—and we need your help to bring it to life!

Spider Bight is a spooky, comedic 3’ × 8’ interactive art installation featuring webs of rope surrounding a TV playing a silent-film-era instructional video. The film follows spiders and a moth living in an illegal squat as they demonstrate harness-tying techniques to distract themselves from their impending eviction.

Through silly, sexy satire, Spider Bight lampoons the housing crisis, infighting among activists, and capitalism at large—all just in time for Halloween.

We’re fundraising to help cover the room costs and materials needed to build and host the installation. Any additional funds will help offset missed work and allow us to make the project even more ambitious in scope.
