My name is Kailee, and before becoming a stay-at-home mom, I spent several years working with children in classrooms, childcare, and early education. Storytelling has always been one of my greatest joys, but nothing has inspired me more than becoming a mother.

One night, as I rocked my daughter, Scarlett, to sleep, I found myself wondering where her little mind traveled after she closed her eyes.

That simple question became the beginning of Beneath the Scarlett Moon, a story celebrating imagination, bedtime, and the beautiful bond between a mother and her child.

What began as words on a page has slowly grown into something much bigger: a dream of creating a timeless bedtime book that families can cherish for years to come.
