I am Andrejs Šreibers (Andrey Schreiber), a certified mechanical engineer and production specialist with over 40 years of experience, residing in Riga, Latvia.
Since the early 2000s, at the request of various government organizations and private companies, I have been engaged in the design, engineering, and technological development of various products. I select the necessary manufacturing equipment and resolve technological and organizational issues during the production setup phase for these products.
For a long time, I have been developing a product designed to ensure comfortable and fulfilling intimacy for people with a wide range of health conditions. These include musculoskeletal disorders, anatomical peculiarities, angina, the consequences of neurological injuries, disabilities, and excess weight. The product will also be beneficial for all couples seeking to improve their sexual compatibility. The relevance and scale of this issue have been clear to me since the very first day of my involvement in the project.
The process of creating a viable product consists of several key stages. All these steps — from the initial concept and the development of design and engineering documentation to sourcing a manufacturer, building a prototype, testing it with potential users, and refining the final production model — require significant financial investment.
Despite the product's social significance and its positive impact on people's psychological well-being, I have not been able to secure government funding.
Brief Product Description
The product consists of a base with attached supports, a handrail, and footrests, along with a moving part — a specially shaped bench with a backrest. The moving section is capable of horizontal pendular and vertical vibratory motions. Users can perform all movements at an amplitude and frequency that is comfortable for them.
The product's design allows for comfortable and effortless intimacy in a wide range of positions. Its aesthetic design and color scheme are intended to enhance libido in women and potency in men. Surfaces in contact with the body will be made of medical-grade eco-leather and stainless steel — materials that are easy to sterilize. The manufacturing process will utilize materials and components that guarantee long-term reliability. For ease of transport and storage, protruding elements will be removable or foldable.
By launching this crowdfunding campaign, my primary goals are to gauge the interest of potential users in such a product and to cover the engineering and design costs.
