Venues is a live streaming platform built for creators — not advertisers, not algorithms.
Inspired by the spirit of brick-and-mortar theaters, Venues lets
creators rent their own digital stage. Each stream is treated as an
event, with limited seats and streaming hours — just like a real-world
performance. Creators can sell tickets, gift seats, or host free
shows. They can brand their Venue, use their own payment systems (like
PayPal), and monetize from day one with zero revenue split.
We
don’t take a cut. We just rent you the stage.

farms — using their work to drive revenue elsewhere (game sales, ads,
shopping) while holding the power to demonetize or deplatform them at
any moment.

What is Venues?
Venues is a Live Streaming Service that is Creator controlled from
the ground up, its an empty stage but so much more.
Each Venue comes with a Customizable Live Stream website,
reached through the Venues Domain
(venues.mercenarystudios.ca/<channel name>/live) or a Custom
Domain owned by the Creator (mydomain.ext/live). It can be connected
to using OBS and other streaming software.
The Venue also has a Creator Website included. This is the Landing Page for when there is no Live Event and is used to promote upcoming events and showcase Creator Branding, Videos, Images and Merchandise as well as Affiliate Promotions and Sponsors., or anything else the Creator can imagine.
Creators can host Video directly or link to their online content libraries.

Revenue Model
Creators rent their stage. They keep 100% of the revenue.
Venues flips the traditional streaming model. No ads. No
algorithms. No revenue split. Creators pay a flat monthly fee to rent
a digital Venue — for less than the cost of a managed WordPress site.
A 10-50,000 seat Venue includes:
• 100+ hours of streaming with Various seat Counts
• A
branded Creator Website
• Full control over ticketing, access,
and monetization
This is their stage. A theater with a box office. A space to host
concerts, live streams, podcasts — or whatever they
imagine.

Why it works as a Business Model
Venues generates fixed margin Revenue through this scalable per Creator model, there is Zero cost for unused Venues, unlike the big platforms there are no unpaid streams being handled through centralized systems. The Creator pays for what they use. Each Venue is a stand alone instance, unconnected, and once no longer in use by the Creator they are removed from the servers. The Venues themselves scale up and down as required by the Creator. Everything is on demand, additional revenue is generated by offering al la carte services like AI Music Generation, AI Talent Agent( In Training ), Venue Design and Customization, Domain Management, Web Site Development, Affiliate Programs and other features.
That’s it. No hidden fees, no revenue split.
Monetize However You Want: Once you’ve rented your Venue, you decide how to earn:

box seats or backstage access
