Hi My name is Azzam and I am fund raising to establish a Halal food processing facility making a variety of cooked Donair (Gyro)products with an exclusive family recipe in the market place for over 4 decades. The funds will go to secure a location to operate from, purchase additional equipment to equipment already purchased, build out the processing areas and have cash flow to operate. Some of the products have been pitched and accepted by the likes of Sysco and other North American distributors and have been well received currently working on adjusting samples to meet their size and weight recommendations. Traditional borrowing channels have been extremely difficult for a start up, even though I have base equipment and industrial land assets so I am hoping you give me the opportunity to put my company on the map and provide the market place with products that are Halal or regular , clean label so no additives or preservatives just absolutely healthy delicious choices. Our product lines are all beef hot dogs, all beef burgers, gyro cones, cooked gyro slices, breakfast sausages.

I am seeking  1.9 Million to lease 8000 square feet of industrial space and build out a meat production facility.  $870.000.00 is for the build out , $460,000,00 to purchase additional processing equipment to process hot dogs/cooked hamburger patties.$570,000,00 for cash flow and operating capital.

Our products samples have been welcomed and praised by Sysco/Burke corporation and currently presenting to other distributors in the USA which is our main focus and target. Given the opportunity to be funded we pledge 15% of our yearly net profits to be paid back to our investors for 5 years in operation. Our anticipated year one sales will be well above 5 million (currently our first order being worked on with Sysco in excess of $580000,00 USD and that is a private label first order with a commitment for one year)

Production capacity from this facility will be in excess of 31 Million yearly once achieved and maintained a second round will be warranted to build a new owned facility to grow the business to 500 Million sales per year offering more Mediterranean healthy choices.

If our campaign falls short of our target goal, we will scale down the size of the start up until such time we are ready to grow.
