From low selfesteem, mentally depressed to a self-loving, happy, healthy and abundant life for mums and their children.

As a holistic naturopath  I  have been attending people for over 20  years in understanding and getting over their illnesses as well their ingrained blocking and limiting patterns.

These days I would love to  be able to  reach out to much more people worldwide. To be able to expand digitally, that needs lots of time, effort and money, I have been dreaming of writing (working)books, writing newsletters, yet also combine them with personal courses online as well as off-line. 

I  would love to reach out to hundreds of thousands of people or even millions of people worldwide.

I have been dreaming to be able to build up a team that supports me in my mission.

Women (as well as men) tend to neglect their health, their well-being, their inner development. They struggle daily with all of their chores, their own claims and the outer claims.

In stress they fall back to their most oldest  habits and knowledge followed by tending to not see themselves neither their environment anymore. They react harsh to themselves and harsh to their children.

Once in a still moment, they know, it's the wrong way, Sand not a good basis for the best possible development of their lives and the lives of their children.

In this situation my literature, coupled with courses and seminars will be of tremendous help for women and how they care for themselves and for their children.

Not only will the get hands on practice with body health treatments, balance trainings, but also will they be showered with knowledge based on neuropsychology and the immunesystem, in order to be able to recognize their thinking patterns, there emotional patterns better, and how they influence their lives in loving, positive,  conducive way or blocking, downspiraling, hurting, narrowing ways.

The aim is to help women learning to love themselves deeply, care for themselves really, really well with healthcare, bodycare, emotional care, conciousness care and therefore help their  children to learn and live those precious way of love and life for themselves.
