We are thrilled to give you this  SNEAK PEEK  into the journey we’re about to embark on. Nomad’s isn’t just a bookstore on wheels. What is (or What WILL BE) Nomad’s Mobile Bookstore?

• A fully converted modern school bus turned mobile bookstore, hitting the road to bring indie books directly to readers.

• A curated selection of independent titles, spotlighting authors from diverse backgrounds and genres.

• A vehicle for live readings, book signings, and author events designed to create meaningful connections between writers and communities.

Why Does This Matter to You?  Indie authors often face hurdles in gaining visibility. Big-box stores stick to mainstream titles, and shelf space is competitive. Nomad’s changes that. By  partnering with authors like you  , we’re dedicating space to feature and promote independent books—books that deserve the spotlight.

How You Can Be Part of This

Join Limited Author Donor Tiers

• $75 –  Author Donor  (Tote Bag Recognition):  Have your name and author genre printed on our exclusive Nomad’s Mobile Bookstore tote bag as an  “Author Donor.”  This tote will travel with us across the country, showcasing your contribution and genre to readers everywhere.

• $200 –  Featured Author  (Tote Bag + Social Media + Book Feature):  Gain even more visibility! Your name and genre will be printed on the tote bag, plus you'll receive a  weekend Instagram ad promotion  spotlighting you and your work. As part of this tier, you'll also reserve a spot as our  “Featured Author of the Month”  on the bus, with your book prominently displayed and marketed to readers during pop-up events and community visits.  There will be a limit of twelve (12) of these for the first year, and begin at the time of official launch of the mobile bookstore itself.

Other Ways to Get Involved:

• Feature Your Book:  Get your work stocked and sold as part of Nomad’s Mobile Bookstore inventory, reaching readers directly at community events and book fairs.

• Join Exclusive Author Tiers:  Participate in  virtual Q&A sessions, author spotlight features,  and engage with readers at  live pop-up events.

• Collaborate:  Have your book included in  limited-edition bundles  or our popular  ‘Blind Date with a Book’  reward tier, offering your work as a surprise for donors who back the campaign at special levels.

What is Concordis Publishing and how do they fit in?

Concordis Publishing is an independent publisher, and the owner of Nomad's Mobile Bookstore is also the CEO of Concordis Publishing. What is a reward?

A "Reward" is a special item or experience offered to backers in exchange for their support of the campaign. When you contribute to the Nomad’s Mobile Bookstore crowdfunding project, you can choose a reward tier that matches your level of support.

What is an "add-on?"

An Add-On is an optional item or experience that you can purchase in addition to your selected reward tier. It allows you to customize your support by choosing extra items without having to switch to a higher-tier reward.

For example, if you select a reward that includes a wrapped book, you can add:

• Additional Mystery Books
• Exclusive Merch or Collectibles

Add-Ons give you the flexibility to enhance your contribution and receive more of the things you love, while still supporting Nomad’s Mobile Bookstore. It's a great way to personalize your backing experience and help the campaign reach its goal!

Why did you decide on $25,000 as a goal?

Nomad's set a fundraising goal of $25,000 because it represents the minimum amount needed to convert the bus into a fully functional mobile bookstore and to stock it with a diverse selection of books and merchandise. This amount will cover key costs such as retrofitting the interior with shelving, creating a cozy and inviting space, adding a small coffee bar, and purchasing books from independent authors. Additionally, it will help cover operational costs like initial travel and marketing to ensure Nomad's can reach communities in need of access to quality literature. The $25,000 goal is carefully calculated to bring this vision to life in a sustainable way.

What is a "stretch goal"?

A Stretch Goal is an additional funding target set after the initial campaign goal is met. It’s a way to unlock even more exciting features, rewards, or enhancements for the project.

Once the main goal is reached, backers can help push the campaign further by continuing to contribute. In return, Nomad’s Mobile Bookstore will introduce new perks or improvements, such as:

• Upgrades to the Bus – Better shelving, lighting, or cozy reading nooks.
• Expanded Book Inventory – More books, genres, or indie titles.
• Exclusive Events or Bonuses – Special launch events or free items for all backers.

Stretch goals are a way to dream bigger and build something even more exciting together. Every contribution beyond the initial goal helps bring the vision to life in new and unexpected ways!

What payment methods does Crowdfundr accept?

For this campaign, we have linked our Stripe account to accept contributions.  Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards.

If I claim a reward, how long will it take to receive my reward?

Rewards will typically be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after donation. This allows us time to finalize production, package items, and ensure everything is ready for delivery.

We’ll keep backers updated throughout the process, so you’ll always know when your reward is on its way. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll communicate promptly and work to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Are there shipping costs and does it effect the bottom line?

If a reward is claimed, the cost of shipping is covered by the contributor, and is not included in the "total amount raised" bottom line.  For multiple rewards or "add-ons," shipping is adjusted accordingly so that multiple items do not incur separate or multiple shipping charges.

Will you post updates on the campaign?

We will provide constant updates on the progress of this campaign.  At a minimum, bi-weekly updates will be posted in the "Updates" tab, which can be found by clicking here.  You can also view all "Activity" on the account at any time by clicking the "Activity" tab or by clicking here.

Can I share this campaign with friends, family, and colleagues?
