With the immense losses suffered in the last 9 months in our CA Burner family, the Temple of Together will be an intense experience for community members attending the Burn. 

We seek to raise funds towards cementing a Courtyard Shrine space at the Temple of Together where dedications for our recently lost and beloved community members would be enshrined. They are:

• Danny Huss
• Tony Weygandt

Why? To have a focused space to gather together and honor those lost, a space you may find a friend when you most need one and be that friend in return. We grieve together. The theme of “Together” is especially poignant this year with so many loved ones lost and loneliness ever-expanding. 

What is a Courtyard Shrine?  https://www.2024temple.com/ shows you the design of the Temple. At each corner of the outside perimeter, you’ll see stadium-styled bench seating with curved archway above. Funds will dedicate one of those corners to our loved ones and the supporting community in grief. The fundraiser proceeds go directly to the Temple of Togetherness project - a worthy recipient for the healing provided to so many in this space each year.

What are we asking of you? If just 350 people donate $40 each, we will have our dedicated shrine area, with the names of our loved ones etched on the Courtyard Shrine. We hope all friends, family and loved ones of Danny, DD, Squire, Steven, Tony, and Trishie will take a moment to contribute. The Shrine areas are a $15K donation.
