WHY THIS FILM, WHY NOW?RESOLVE is a one-room psychological thriller about Ivy Stone — a venture capitalist who invites two fitness founders to her private suite for what looks like a contract signing. It’s not about business. It’s about payback. Lilith Noire Pictures LLC was started because I wanted to see women take power on screen without being punished for it. This is my first film as writer/director. I own all the gear. The cast is locked. Lina Romero leads as Ivy, with Andrew Lahasie as Jason and Nora Gatz as his wife Summer. We shoot October 23–25, 2026. But we have a clock: our private 5-night location and cast train travel have to be booked before September 1st, when seasonal rates increase. That’s why we’re here. WHAT WE’RE MAKINGRESOLVE is a contained thriller —Promising Young Woman meets Gone Girl . No gore. All psychology. One room, three actors, one secret. This is a proof-of-concept for Lilith Noire Pictures. If we can pull off a taut, cinematic thriller with nothing but performance, lighting, and sound, we prove what’s possible with female-authored stories. Q: Why are you crowdfunding if you already own the gear?
A: We own camera, lenses, and sound — that saves thousands. But
we still need to secure a private location for 5 nights (1 day
preparation, 3 days of filming, 1 day breakdown) and book NYC cast
train travel before September 1st when seasonal rates increase. Your
pledge locks the real-world pieces we can’t fake in post. $2,000 gets
us to set.
Q: How will the money be used?
A: We’re funding in 4 phases:
PHASE 1: $2,000 - 33% - SECURE THE LOCATION & THE CAST
This is the foundation. This covers our filming location rental
and actor travel/lodging to get Lina, Nora, and Andrew to set. Without
this, we don't have a film.
PHASE 2: $4,000 - 67% - COVER PRINCIPAL PRODUCTION
This covers the rest of our principal photography costs — cinema
camera rental, sound, lighting, production insurance, meals, and hard drives.
PHASE 3: $5,000-$6,000 - 100% - THE FLEX FUND
Indie film always throws you a curveball. A location fee goes
up. We need an extra half-day. A prop breaks. This gives us the
breathing room to overcome unexpected production challenges without
compromising the film. Every dollar past $4K makes the final product stronger.
Every dollar gets us closer to the October shoot.

Q: Why can’t we get set visits or BTS photos?
A: Our set is a real secured location, not a soundstage. Showing
the space online risks the location and spoils the reveal. We also
signed NDAs to protect the story. Instead, you’re getting script
pages, signed digital poster, and a custom voicemail from Ivy — assets
we can share without blowing the twist. You’re greenlighting the film,
not touring the set.
Q: Is this film gory or explicit?
A: No. RESOLVE is psychological, not gory. Think
Promising Young Woman

Gone Girl. Tension comes from performance, lighting, and
sound. One room, three actors, one secret.
Q: Who is Lilith Noire Pictures?

Q: What if you don’t hit your full go, or even the $2000?
A: We keep everything raised with Flexible Funding. If we’re
short, we’ll cover the gap with personal funds to still book before

Q: When do I get my rewards?

deliver in 2026. Signed poster PDF comes after the shoot wraps in Oct.
Credits and premiere access lad in March 2027 (estimated). Physical
