    The Virtual Insurance Company is domiciled in the city of Humble Texas and is built and designed specifically to raise

    awareness and funding for our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations.

 

 

2. PROJECT LYNAY

      The day-to-day operations of our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations is the

      responsibility  of our Sister Company Project Love Your Neighbor As Yourself (PROJECT LYNAY).  PROJECT LYNAY is also

      domiciled in Humble Texas.

 

      Under the competent management and supervision of PROJECT LYNAY Organizers and team members, the homeless,

      poor, and the less fortunate will have the opportunity to receive the help with the basic necessities that they so

      desperately need.

 

 

3. PROJECT LYNAY SERVICES

     PROJECT LYNAY will provide more than just the necessity of safe clean housing opportunities for our homeless, poor, and

     less fortunate clients.

 

     PROJECT LYNAY will also be providing food, clothing, medical, dental, optical, educational, and work opportunities, just to

     name a few benefits, that will assist our clients in becoming rehabilitated and have the opportunity of being reintroduced

      back into their communities or societies as productive citizens.

 

     PROJECT LYNAY will also be conducting paid clinical trials in our continuing efforts to provide the best possible care for

     each client that enters into our humanitarian operations.

 

 

4. PROJECT LYNAY SERVICE AREA

     The Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations of The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT

     LYNAY are built and designed to meet poverty "head-on" on all Seven (7) continents that make up our world.

 

     The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY are also designing humanitarian plans and efforts to assist those

     who are and may become refugees of war-torn countries to find humanitarian aid in their own surrounding countries.   

 

 

5. HUMANITARIAN COMPETITION

      The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY does not have and never will have any plans or desires or interests in

      being in competition with other humanitarian projects or operations around the world at any point in time.

 

      The humanitarian operations of The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY are built and designed not only to

      provide and financially support our own Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations.

 

      The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY are also in the business of helping other humanitarian projects and

      operations that provide humanitarian services that will complement the worldwide humanitarian services being

      provided  by The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY.

      and participate in the financial support of other humanitarian operations worldwide that already have "Boots On The

6. INITIAL PROJECT FUNDING

      The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY have decided to raise the initial funding required for our Nationwide

      And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Operations through the powerful platform of "CROWDFUNDING."

 

      Our Two (2) companies believe that because our humanitarian business operations benefit not only mankind around the

      world, but also our individual communities as well, that we can generate the initial project funding required to support

      our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Funding via caring people. 

 

      We believe that raising the initial project funding via "Crowdfunding" will prove the fact we can accomplish our

      immediate  humanitarian funding goals through bringing humanity together and proving that good things can happen

      "For The  People By The People."

 

 

7. "FREE GIFTS" FOR EACH FINANCIAL SUPPORTER

     Each financial gift received in support of our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operations will be

     rewarded with a "FREE Gift" as a way to show the appreciation of The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY.

 

     Each "Free Gift" will be in proportion to the financial gift received in support of our Nationwide And Worldwide

     For larger gifts from financial supporters, a portion of their financial contribution will be used to make a sizable financial

     contribution to a "Non-Profit Humanitarian Operation" in the name of the financial supporter creating a "Tax Credit" for the

     financial supporter. 

 

 

8. A 70/30 JOINT VENTURE (JV) PROJECT FUNDING EQUITY PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

     The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY have financially engineered a Joint Venture (JV) Project Funding

     Equity Partnership Opportunity for financial investments of One Million United States Dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more.

 

     The $1M Principal Financial Investment can be received from a single financial investor or a group of smaller financial

      contributions from several financial investors. The "Net" Project Funding Equity Partnership Split / Share is 70/30.

 

     The term of the JV Partnership is up to Ten (10) Consecutive Calendar Years.

 

     If a financial supporter should decide to become a JV Partner with The Virtual Insurance Company and PROJECT LYNAY for

     more than One (1) Calendar Year, the Thirty Percent (30%) "Net" Split / Share being received by the JV Partner will increase

     annually by One Percent (1%) for Ten (10) Consecutive Calendar Years.

       Mr. Victor M. Gresham is the Founder & CEO of The Virtual Insurance Company and for PROJECT LYNAY.

 

       Mr. Gresham has over Thirty (30) Years of experience in the field of humanitarianism and has associated himself with

       other individuals dedicated in the field of humanitarianism and the welfare of mankind.

 

       Mr. Gresham also has Eight (8) Consecutive Years of experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Southern California

       and  has studied extensively in the field of finance which has lead to the financially engineered funding technique that

       will  allow The Virtual Insurance company and PROJECT LYNAY to become "Debt Free" in Three (3) to Five (5) Calendar

       Years.

 

       Mr. Gresham has dedicated the remainder of his life to the humanitarian welfare of mankind on all  Seven (7) Continents
