Hello,

I am the owner and CEO of Holy Ghost Productions - a 100% woman-owned portrait, event, and product photography start-up in Columbus, Ohio.  I started photography as a hobby about a year ago, and let's just say the bug bit me! I decided last month to really try and make a go of it as a career, and try to build a business for myself so that I would have time to take care of my family and be able to donate time and services to local non-profits.

God provided me with some AWESOME business mentorships and peers to help me level up my photography. I managed a couple of free gigs that were nationally-recognized events where I traded my services for portfolio-building images and the ability to say I'd worked with them.... I ran into a serious snag, though. I was using an older, but still pro-quality, camera and smartphone to take the photos. We were all satisfied with them on the small digital screens,  but when I got home to start editing.... the quality was AWFUL!! Almost every one of the images was blurry or pixelated, and it took me 8+ hours of editing to get them usable (mostly). 

Right now I am a part-time massage therapist with two sick parents and a lot of financial burdens from being in school for massage therapy for the last year - I don't have money for new equipment, and business loans are pretty much out of the question until the business actually makes money. Photography is my passion, and being able to have a business that would allow me to drive my dad to his cancer treatments, help mom with the groceries, or spend time with my pets I barely get to spend time with without having to take time off of my already skimpy work schedule would be such a blessing. I also want to be able to donate time and services to local non-profits - I've learned that having a few high-quality images can create SUCH a huge impact for them, and I would love to be able to offer that blessing - I just really need help with purchasing the right equipment.

With the newer camera, newer smartphone with enhanced photo/video qualities to get unique angle shots, and a portable studio setup with a wheeled cart for transporting equipment between the vehicle and the location - The total figure came out to about $2,515. That is with finding deals and packages from sellers to try and save as much as possible. 

What I am offering in exchange for your help in changing both my family's life and the lives of everyone I can help/work with, is: 

• for anyone local to the Columbus, Ohio area who donate at least $250 - a free photoshoot with up to 15 digital retouched images 
  • for a donation of at least $500, it will be up to 30 digital retouched images and the digital banner/social media posts package listed below

For anyone, anywhere, who donates:

• up to $100 - 10 of your own photos digitally retouched and edited
• $101 - $200 - 15 of your own photos digitally retouched and edited
• $201 - $500 -
  • 20 of your own photos digitally retouched and edited
  • Custom digital marketing banner and 2 social media posts for your project/non-profit using your photos
• $500 - $999 - 
  • 30 of your own photos digitally retouched and edited
  • 2 custom digital marketing banners and 3 social media posts for your project/non-profit using your photos
• $1000 and above - 
  • 2 custom digital marketing banners, 3 social media posts, 1 professionally edited video (up to 1 minute 30 seconds in length), and 2 1-hr marketing coaching sessions

**Digitally retouches and edits disclaimer - final quality of retouch dependent on original quality of photo (as I painfully found out). The clearer the original image, the better the enhanced image will turn out. However, quality of the images for retouch can be assessed and discussed on a case by case basis to ensure satisfaction.
