I'm Ron Bonk, owner of SRS Cinema. As we head into our 34th year of independent film production and distribution, I’m excited to announce our latest project: Night of the Shark"—a wild horror action-adventure, marking our latest collaboration with director Matt Jaissle. (Amityville AI, MAWS).
Ocean World Theme Park in New Jersey is planning a new exhibit; a tank full of live BULL SHARKS! Unfortunately for them, and us, the tanker truck transporting the sharks crashes off a bridge into a river, setting the deadly sharks free. A team of experts has to beat the clock in order to find and re-capture the hungry MANEATERS before they can feast on the local population, and there’s a big beach party just getting started…
We’ve set an achievable initial funding goal of just $1,000 to jumpstart momentum and get the campaign trending. We envision "Night of the Sharks as a gruesome, creature-feature blend of JAWS meets Deliverance. While $1,000 isn't the full budget, every dollar raised beyond our target goes directly onto the screen—securing top talent, wild practical effects, awesome props, and fair pay for our hard-working cast and crew.
Matt brings a unique 70s, 80s, and 90s horror vibe to his work, and he's pouring massive passion into this project. Together, we are committed to making "Night of the Sharks" something truly special.
