Why We Started This Journey

As creatives and passionate advocates for African culture, we have witnessed firsthand the incredible talent that exists within our communities. Especially in marginalized communities in Africa yet, time and again, we have seen talented artists struggle to transform their dreams into viable, sustainable businesses. This realization ignited a fire within us—a desire to build a supportive environment where creativity can flourish, impact ignited and where creative entrepreneurs can thrive.

We embarked on this project because we believe in the transformative power of creativity. We envision a future where every creative has the opportunity to share their unique voice, talent, contribute to their community, and build sustainable livelihoods.

Our goal is to support and empower emerging creatives through our Creative Business Accelerator Program , equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed.

What the Project Entails

The Creative Business Accelerator Program is designed to be a comprehensive support system for aspiring artists and entrepreneurs in the creative sector.

Here’s what we’re offering:

  • Workshops: Participants will engage in hands-on training covering essential topics such as business development, marketing strategies, and financial management tailored specifically for creative industries.
  • Mentorship: Each participant will be paired with experienced mentors who understand the challenges of the creative landscape. These mentors will provide personalized guidance and support throughout the program.
  • Networking Opportunities: We will connect participants with a vibrant community of fellow creatives and potential investors, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Funding Support: Our program will assist participants in identifying and applying for grants and other funding opportunities to help launch their businesses.

Why We Need Your Support

To bring this vision to life, we need your help through crowdfunding. Our goal is to raise 17,307.00 USD which will directly fund:

  • 60% for workshop materials and resources—ensuring participants have access to quality training tools.
  • 20% for marketing efforts to reach those who need this program most.
  • 15% for operational costs, including venue rental and utilities.
  • 5% for administrative expenses that keep our organization running smoothly.

Your contributions will make it possible for us to create an environment where creativity can thrive and where creatives can turn their passions into sustainable careers.
