    Greetings! I thought I would start a discussion since I am new to Crowdfundr. I am told often that I take on too much when running the company. So much so that I become paralyzed and make little headway on any one project. Can anyone recommend tools or tips that my team can use that won’t take up too much time to set up?

    As of now, with about 10 authors, 50 books in the hopper, and 7 formats each, I surely need an admin, but that is not possible… YET!

    Hi Rodney! So glad to see you in here! I’d love to recommend some tools, but I’m wondering if you have a specific category in mind…i.e. tools to help you with crowdfunding, tools to help with time management, or tools to help you with editing, marketing, or administration? What area is the most overwhelming right now?

    I am taking it all in and an avid researcher so I am wading my way through all of the tools. Thank you for checking! I am going to start putting together campaigns and I will be bringing my #2 up to speed this weekend. He s watching videos to see how it all works as well.
