  • Some Update Screens Don’t Load

    Bug description: Attempting to enter certain update screens stalls at the loading screen and will not proceed.

    Full description:

    The campaign I’m working on is — https://crowdfundr.com/campaigns/c20IHf

    While in the campaign edit screen, I click the Edit button for Funding & Deadline (or various others, including Background), however rather than loading the page to allow me to change the dollar amount, the four-block loading icon appears and never resolves.

    Systems affected: Replicated this on Windows 10 and Windows 11, in Chrome and in Microsoft Edge.

    Hi there,
    Thanks for reporting this issue and sorry for the inconvenience.
    We are aware of the issue and will be deploying a fix later this evening. I will reply to this thread once resolved.

    The bug has been resolved.
    Unfortunately, the fix has removed the category/sub-category selection for your campaign. To optimize the discoverability of your campaign through Crowdfundr.com, please re-select a category by following the steps below:

    1. Select your campaign.
    2. Navigate to “Edit”.
    3. Ensure the “Story” tab is selected.
    4. Scroll down to the “Categories” section.
    5. Select a Category and Sub-category*.
      *Sub-categories are optional but recommended.
    6. Click “Save” on the top right of the page.
