    I had a backer complaining about an issue where they backed for a digital reward (one I marked as “no shipping required”) and it asking them for a shipping address anyway. Seems like it’s something that could be corrected.

    Also, I had a backer reach out to me about updating their payment info do to their card being replaced. How can I direct them to do that?

    I’ve also had a backer unhappy with needing to provide the info. Is there an ETA for when the fix will be rolled out?

      Me too. Even my own husband asked why is the POSTAL CODE mandatory for a simple contribution (no perks or rewards chosen)! We never use (or even remember) our postal code in Romania (delivery services usually autofill that based on the address provided)… Any updates on this? It’s a major turndown for my Romanian peeps ☹
