I’ve slowly been moving into Notion though because it is collaborative and can combine a lot of this same software function. For me, I’ve built out collaborative pages of notes with sub groups, a calendar, trello style board lists, highly recommend it.

We’ve been using FreedCamp for project management, which has a free version for nonprofits, but it’s not a perfect system.

I’ve used Trello in the past and liked it. It’s a good combination of personal notes and collaboration and they have a generous free tier.
